Chapter 8 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me.

Holding the dried teenager out of the bathroom, Gu Yuan is still a bit embarrassed.
He had confidence in himself that even in the face of temptation he could grit his teeth and keep his mind and emotions clear. But just one kiss, that was only a touch, easily and completely messed up his emotions.
Obviously, he knew that the teenager was probably just too happy to not do homework, but still, because of that sudden closeness, the mind that was once very easy to keep contented suddenly became greedy.
The bed had been tossed by them previously and could not be slept on. Gu Yuan took Lu Zhiguang and placed him on another bed. His eyes swept across the pile of special tools that were messed up for the purpose of finding medicine. His ears inexplicably hot he swiftly swept them off the side of the bed.

Lu Zhiguang was a little curious and he wanted to see them, but he was gently turned back into his arms by Gu Yuan, and he put his pajamas on for him.
The exquisite slender white back that was swaying in front of his eyes was finally covered with clothing.
Gu Yuan breathed a moment and tried to pick up his arm and bowed his cheeks to the youngster’s head: “Is it sleepy?”
The system is still floating in the ocean of knowledge, and there was no such simple affectionate move described in the small science book. Lu Zhiguang was still immersed in the joy of not having to do homework and gently rubbed his eyes nodding lightly.
Seeing that he did not resist his action, Gu Yuan’s eyes lit up a little, but he did not continue doing anything more. He just put the teenager on the bed and laid down beside him.
The time is almost midnight. Although it wasn’t clear what he had done in his coma, he knew that he couldn’t ****
He didn’t want to do anything now, he just wanted to let the other person sleep well.
The boy was already sleepy, curled up on the bed. Perceiving the quietness he still instinctively fumbled to grab the man’s hand, clasping their ten fingers together and fixing his arm in place.
The pure white bandage shook in front of his eyes, and Gu Yuan’s eyes were slightly hot. He held the hand and put it on his face, and carefully wrapped the young man into his arms.
In such chaotic circumstances, Lu Zhiguang could still remember to hold his hand still, lest he unconsciously struggled and hurt himself. After half a night’s suffering, his body hadn’t added any new injuries, but the youth who had been suppressing him had both deep and shallow traces all over him.
These days he must raise him well.
Lu Zhiguang has his own bedroom in the villa, so strictly calculated, this is the first time they have shared the same bed.
Gu Yuan held his hand, his eyes on his face, and he watched until the teenager’s delicate brow relaxed, stretching out the furrows on it, not even feeling the soft curvature of his own lips.
It may be a few more times in the future.
The room was so quiet that he could hear the long even breathing clearly. Gu Yuan kept watching him for a while until the weakness and exhaustion leftover from the fading medicine re-emerged and he finally fell asleep.
*
Lu Zhiguang was awakened by the sound of the system’s in-situ explosion.
The empty bed was messy, the clothes were scattered on the floor, the bathroom was obviously used, the table was scattered with unmentionable tools, and the host had red spots that had not faded.
The system that finally broke free from the homework became a garbled horror. The tremor shook a small bell and awakened the host who was sleeping in the mission target’s arms: “How far did you go?”
“Which step?”
Lu Zhiguang half-awake and half-asleep barely understood the system’s inquiry, responded to it in his mind: “Do not have to write homework…”
It’s over.
He doesn’t even have to write homework.
The host must have sold himself in order not to write any more work.
It was just that it was not easy to finish the homework. The system was almost dead, and now it had to adjust the self-protection parameters based on the new situation.
Listening to the mechanical sounds in his mind, Lu Zhiguang was thinking of a problem. Rubbing his eyes and sitting up he tried to interrupt it: “This is not anxious, I need a piece of the best quality Ning Shen wood. Regardless of how many points, just take them off yourself.”
The system was awkward and immediately worried: “Is the host not sleeping well? You won’t sleep well after the first time! The less you do the better, it’s better…”
Lu Zhiguang didn’t listen to him, just shook his head gently, his eyes falling on the still sleeping figure. Under the dim glow from the brain-computer interface, the man’s brow faintly revealed the weakness that wasn’t on display in waking hours.
The follow-up side-effects of the inducer were mainly on the nerves. Exhaustion, headaches, and vertigo are the most common reactions, and if left untreated, may even lead to lifelong symptoms.
The hands of the two men still clasped, and the light on Lu Zhiguang’s BCI was slightly turned, placing his fingertips on Gu Yuan’s wrist.
His heart rate was still fast, but at least it had become more steady.
He was too tired before and he didn’t have the energy to check the other side’s situation. After sleeping he felt much better, so Lu Zhiguang carefully examined Gu Yuan’s body data and compared it with the information collected during bathing.
The remaining problems weren’t big, they could be resolved with some care and attention. Lu Zhiguang allowed the system to buy a fine Ningshen wood from the mall, temporarily storing it in an external bag, and then laid down again.
He had barely slept for a while, but he felt better than before.
Lu Zhiguang blinked in the darkness, thinking about it for a long while, trying to move backward. Looking back he was gently embraced by the sleeping man, and he went into his arms.
……
Now it felt right.
Wrapped once more in the familiar warmth Lu Zhiguang felt satisfied. Dimming the lights and adjusting the system volume to its lowest setting, his tired body held in his arms, his eyes closed once more.
*
When Gu Yuan woke up it had already become noon of the next day.
He was already prepared for the aftereffects from the remedy for the drug. He paused, waiting for the headache that didn’t hit and the body that didn’t feel uncomfortable.
Gu Yuan did not immediately get up, quietly reviewing the area around him from his memory before falling asleep. His thoughts gradually returned to the position next himself and a figure suddenly crossed his mind.
Beside him was empty.
His heart suddenly slammed, Gu Yuan hurriedly got up, unable to care for the violent dizziness that hit because of his too urgent movements. He wanted to get out of bed, but the light in front of him suddenly disappeared in a shadow.
The shadow that covered the faint light brought with it a familiar temperature covering him in tranquility. Lu Zhiguang knelt on one knee on the side of the bed, his arms holding him firmly.
The hung heart finally fell, but the heartbeat was still racing.
Gu Yuan set his mind, gathered his gaze, wrapped people in his arms, and touched the soft hair held in his arms with his lips. He smiled mutedly: “I should give you a bell.”
He hadn’t felt that he was quiet to this point, but now that the crisis was in full swing and his spirit was tense, he realized that the teenager in his arms actually had such an undiscovered ability. The words were not very loud, and Lu Zhiguang looked up curiously. Gu Yuan just shook his head with a smile and rubbed his hair: “Are you not sleepy?”
“Not sleepy.” Lu Zhiguang leaned steadily between his arms and shook his head. Thought about it and added: “Slept well.”
Gu Yuan’s eyebrows slightly raised he looked down at him, observing him carefully. The juvenile’s gaze twilight between the arms is clear, the brows are faintly relaxed, and the color is still good. It seems that his rest was good.
Perhaps it is indeed that I am getting older.

This thought flashed through the edge of his mind, then the youngest CEO of the Gu Corporation swept out the sudden emotion and took the boy into his arms. He wanted to check the injuries on his wrists, but his eyes were attracted to the thing held suddenly in Lu Zhiguang’s hand.
It was a unique wine-red piece of wood, carved into the shape of a protection amulet, the edges were polished smooth and round, and a small hole in the center was worn through with a red string.

pendant

Something like this, I think

Lu Zhiguang got out of bed early, it was originally for this.
Sweeping his line of sight over he found fine shredded wood in the youth’s cuffs. Gu Yuan lightly held his arm and wanted to see if the wound was getting better. Lu Zhiguang’s wrist turned dexterously and slipped out of his palm.
Gu Yuan, surprised, lifted his gaze. Lu Zhiguang, folding his legs up, straightened his body, arms reaching around his neck.
The faint scent reached his nose, the original vertigo seemed to fade away.
Gu Yuan was surprised by the fact that he tied the red line for himself and raised his hand to support the boy’s back: “Give to me?”
Lu Zhiguang nodded and deliberately emphasized: “Be sure to wear it all the time.”
Ning shen wood is a very precious resource in the interstellar space, and only a very small number of planets can produce it. Although the Gushi Group has huge financial resources, the import and export channels of planet Gallileo have been strictly blocked by Guar. It is difficult to buy this kind of wood only by Gu Yuan’s strength.

As staff, he did not lack experience, he deliberately bought the root section of the ning shen wood. Although it was more expensive, the effect was obvious.
Seeing the serious look on the usually gentle face, Gu Yuan did not ask more question. Just holding his hand he nodded his head: “Good.”
Lu Zhiguang’s eyebrows were slightly bent, coming down from his arms he brought over the breakfast from the hotel to the table.
Sure enough, someone has seen it.
Gu Yuan slightly raised his eyebrows, his eyes flashed a bright and sharp look. The mind that had relaxed after waking up and seeing Lu Zhiguang refocused once more. He held the juvenile’s top and said: “We are not here for breakfast, go home first, I will hold you to go out.”
The house was not cleaned up, their clothes were scattered on the ground, and the bed was a mess.
Gu Yuan got up and got out of bed, picked up his clothes and put them into the dry cleaning machine. His eyes swept through the house, and his heart could not help but be numb.
Wrong and wrong, this room was tossed to such a point last night. Not to mention those who borrowed the excuse of bringing breakfast to investigate, even if he himself came to look he would feel that he had done something wrong yesterday.
Got the things they wanted, the Guar will not let him go. But, since they have already done this, they may wish to play a full set.
*
Near noon, the president who last night was drunk and indulged in the rain was able to get up. Holding a small lover who had become unable to move he went out of the hotel.
The weather had already warmed up, and the bright daylight shone through the shadows of the trees, dancing in front of people.
Following Gu Yuan’s instructions, Lu Zhiguang lay motionless on the man’s strong chest and shoulders. One hand clenched his clothes tightly as if he was afraid of life, but he was quietly observing the situation around the two.
While being gently placed on the seat of the hovercar, Lu Zhiguang raised his hand and held Gu Yuan’s arm whispering: “There are people behind.”
Gu Yuan’s expression had a minuscule change. Holding his hand in his wrist and gently pinching twice he quietly launched the hovercar.
There are always people watching around him, and it’s not surprising that someone follows them. However, the situation had reached this point, the Guar no longer had a use for him, and the rebel organization of Gallileo had another heart to kill him. The original crumbling balance had been broken by their desperate tricks. It was indeed impossible for him to take it lightly.
The hovercar intentionally turned a few intersections, going in a large circle, the tail behind it was still sticking to them.
The BCI scan was turned on and alerted him that a small laser weapon was detected. An earthquake occurred in Gu Yuan’s heart, and his eyes sank.
The person who was following them was not a good thing.
Looking at the map, Gu Yuan held onto the controls and whispered to Lu Zhiguang: “Bypassing this street, I will speed up to temporarily get rid of him. You take the opportunity to get off the car. Go home and wait for me – don’t run around, wait until it’s safe, I will pick you up, remember?”
Now without a doubt, he couldn’t return to the villa. They were chasing after him, and if Lu Zhiguang was with him again he might pass his trouble on to him.
His own life had already been set aside. As long as he could turn the aggressive ambitions of Guar into a bubble, it was worthwhile to die. But the young person beside him was different.
He would not easily let people go, but when he was in trouble, he would never drag the other party into danger at the same time.
Also receiving a system alarm, Lu Zhiguang did not ask, nodded silently, clenching his hand into a fist.
Gu Yuan pressed the acceleration button and subconsciously glanced over to the side. Looking directly at the youth a turbulent mood suddenly burst in forth in his chest
“in case–”
His voice suddenly became mute, and his chest was slightly undulating. It seemed that he had used his strong self-control to stabilize his mind, stopped his words and kissed the young man’s forehead.
Not the right time yet.
If he can survive and keep living, he will say the words to Lu Zhiguang.
The boy in the arms did not seem to have an extra reaction because of this kiss. Gu Yuan looked down and Lu Zhiguang was looking up at him, still waiting for him to finish his words.
Gu Yuan dumbly smiled and patted the young boy who was too quiet. He pointed his fingertips on his nose: “If I can go home tonight, give you a bell…”
The speed of the car was pushed to the extreme and the hovercar in a flash threw the tail behind it in a blink of an eye.
Gu Yuan still steadily drove Lu Zhiguang. Then his eyes fell on him, and he quickly pressed a few buttons with one hand and the hovercar abruptly stopped, the harsh rubbing sound screeching out.
“Wait for me to pick you up.”
Gu Yuan quickly flipped the door open and with one arm pushed Lu Zhiguang down off the hovercar.
Before the tail came to catch back up, he quickly lifted his head and raced off in the opposite direction.

The author has something to say:

TN: so from what I can gather, having your cabbage rooted out by a pig is equivalent to the expression cast pearls before swine. Or giving a precious treasure to someone unworthy. Please let me know if that’s right, as I couldn’t find a definitive answer anywhere.

PS: I don’t like BE. I like this novel. Infer as you will.

Chapter 7 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me (2 of 2)

Seeing that he had already woken up, Lu Zhiguang was finally completely relieved, and the body was trying to get up, but the arm could not help but sway, and there was a bright light in front of his eyes.

This body is in line with the setting of a poor student. He still hadn’t realized that his physical strength had been overtaxed. Lu Zhiguang was too late to stop his body from collapsing. Supported by Gu Yuan he lay tightly between his arms.

Lu Zhiguang leaned steadily between his arms and greeted the pair of eyes that had recovered their clearness. rubbed his eyes, and suddenly opened his eyes and smiled.
Still laughing…”

In addition to not writing homework, it was the first time seeing the youth in his arms showing such a bright and cheerful smile. Gu Yuan helplessly smiled and muttered a word, raising his hand and trying to rub his short hair.

When his left hand moved, he suddenly realized that something was vaguely wrong. Gu Yuan looked down, and his heart suddenly racing a roaring sound in his brain.

The two men’s hands were still tightly tied together. The wide part of the tie was wrapped around his arm for two laps, and the knot was tied at the other end. The youth’s white arm had a glaring blood stain worn into it.

At that moment his heart was so upset that his throat seemed to close. Gu Yuan opened his mouth and tried hard to speak: “Did I… tie it?”

Lu Zhiguang’s eyebrows bent, he flipped his wrist over and lightly pulling on a side of the tie, the knot came undone: “I tied it.”

His hanging heart suddenly falling back into place, Gu Yuan opened his mouth and sighed for a long while. Looking at the smile that had no trace of shadow in it he finally couldn’t help but pull the man into his arms, and he couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

His head was still hurting and even laughing was like beating his twitching fragile nerves. Gu Yuan simply couldn’t help but give in to the unrestrained laughter. His mood rising from the bottom of his heart, and the tide of emotions in his eyes rising and falling.

Lu Zhiguang was docilely in his arms, raising his hand to cover the broad and strong shoulders, his empty hand slowly patting him on his back.

He was not good at speaking, but he seemed to have found a more effective method of comfort than opening his mouth.

*

Under the juvenile’s careful care, Gu Yuan finally relaxed, his surging mood gradually calmed down, and his empty chest was also warmed by the familiar temperature.

You’ve worked hard.”

His eyes fell on the boy who leaned in his arms. Gu Yuan picked up his lips and suddenly gave birth to some urge to bow his head to kiss the long-lasting eyelashes, but he couldn’t help himself, just gently caressing the back of his neck.

When Lu Zhiguang was no longer working so hard and relaxed, sleep began to sneak up on him, but he still smiled at him with his eyes opened.

After being swayed by the light in his half-closed eyes, Gu Yuan breathed a little, and the strength of his arm that had unconsciously tightened slowly relaxed.

It must be that the efficacy of the medicine had not yet passed.

Gu Yuan took a deep breath and slowly calmed the impulse of his chest. When the strength of his body was mostly recovered he picked the youth up out of the bed and walked into the bathroom, gently putting him into the bathtub made of Silver Star Stone.

The warm water slowly poured into the bathtub, and Gu Yuan took off the rest of Lu Zhiguang‘s clothes for him. He leaned against the bathtub and carefully scrubbed the teenager’s body being careful not to smear the pale red marks made from in his unconscious struggling.

Was so comfortable in the hot water, Lu Zhiguang slightly raised his head and smiled at him in the mist.

Gu Yuan rubbed his hair, carefully holding his injured arm, resting it on the edge of the bathtub that could not reach the water, and the bottom of his eyes gradually became darker.

When he discovered that he had been tempted in the wine, he actually started preparing in advance.

Electrical stimulation was the last resort. When the wine was drunk, he tried to pull his attention out of the exhaustive plans, leaving only the shadow of it in his mind.

This is not difficult for him.

There has never been anyone around Gu Yuan, Lu Zhiguang is the first one. He repeats the same process every day, separating himself from the head of Gu Shi who is in the battlefield, returning to the villa, going to talk with the teenager, chatting, coaching him on his homework.

As long as he can return to that moment, even if they added more drugs to induce him he will never reveal those too heavy responsibilities.

The pure land of his guardianship is the only shelter for his self-rescue.

At the banquet, he deliberately let himself drink into a mess, mixed with thoughts of going upstairs to his “fostered” little lover, surrounded by dubious laughter.

Holding on to this last thought he stumbled his way to the stairs and rushed into the room, and while the final scene was completely played to the people outside the window, Gu Yuan’s consciousness was very faint.

Although he repeatedly emphasized to himself that he could not hurt the other party, he was still very concerned in his heart, and he could not guarantee whether he could control his behavior when the drug ‘s effects fully hit him.

Fortunately.

Fortunately, at least did not make a big mistake and feeling a little relieved his eyes swept the bloody marks on the juvenile‘s wrist, Gu Yuan’s eyes are still dark.

Lu Zhiguang was dozing off in hot water, his tired eyebrows are full of relaxation after burnout. Gu Yuan caressed his hair and said with a warm voice: “I am going to get the medicine, wait a minute, be careful not to fall asleep.”

This kind of injury is nothing at all. Lu Zhiguang slightly raised himself up and wanted to tell him not to care about it. Meeting the man’s stunned black pupils, he swallowed the words back and just nodded lightly.

The hotel’s private rooms were not originally used for serious purposes. They had a stock of, not just special tools, but also emergency supplies.

Gu Yuan hadn’t touched these things, but he could guess the purpose of the things in front of him. He put on a bathrobe and breathed deeply, his eyes sifting out the needed wound medicine and clean bandages, he quickly returned to the bathroom.

Lu Zhiguang listened to him, he did not fall asleep. He was leaning against the bathtub and playing with water. Hearing his voice, he immediately looked over and his eyebrows curved softly.

In the mist, the juvenile’s gaze was extraordinarily bright, and the tail was soaked with dampness, and the lining was black and clear, and his arm was stretched out to him.

In his cheat his heart started racing, the sound of it’s beating rushing to his ears.

Gu Yuan’s footsteps lingered for a moment, then he hurried forward, bringing the warm body of the boy into the arms together with the water.

Lu Zhiguang’s arms around his shoulders, his body docilely leaned up, pressing his neck close up against Gu Yuan’s chest and gently patting him.

The temptation drug is not completely omnipotent. Gu Yuan’s life standard was remaining stable at 92. What he had to do was to determine whether the other person’s body had any hidden dangers. It was necessary to let the amulet around his neck touch the other person’s body in order to carefully evaluate the symptomatic treatment.

Moreover – he really wants to hug the person in front of him.

He kind of didn’t know where this idea came from, it was just that holding the body between his arms was very comfortable. The chest and shoulders that had been soaked in cold sweat were warmed up by the hot water, the muscles on his body were strong and tough, and the broad figure revealed a distinct warmth.

The plotline gradually became clear in his mind, and Lu Zhiguang slightly lowered his head, slowly tightening his arm, his eyelashes gathered into a fine brush.

He wants Gu Yuan to live and live well.

He didn’t know the calculations in his mind, he just thought that the young man had finally had a chance to think it through and felt afraid. Gu Yuan simply stepped into the spacious bathtub and held the person comfortably into his arms, and he gently handled the injury around his wrist for him.

The cool touch is spread on his wrist, carefully avoiding the water vapor, and the clean bandages were wrapped around in a few circles, the glaring scars on his wrist finally covered.

Lu Zhiguang’s line of sight slowly moved to his bandaged right wrist and suddenly his eyes lit up. Quickly turning he looked at the man with an expectant gaze.

Gu Yuan raised his eyebrows his heart beating faster and smiling helplessly he softly rubbed the top of his arm.

If you’re sure you can pass the exam, take a few days to rest and heal up. You don’t have to write homework…”

Heaven.

The light in his eyes glowed and he immediately jumped up, plunging into the man’s arms in the water. His face rushing towards him he suddenly grabbed the mans head and put a kiss on his cheek.

His chest felt as though it was being smashed with a sledgehammer, and Gu Yuan’s mind was blank, holding onto him.

In amongst the sound of sloshing water, his heartbeat seemed louder and more roaring.

The author has something to say:

Lu Zhiguang: I! Don’t! Have! To write! Homework! Q^Q
Gu Yuan: (*///@////@///*)
System: I just went into the bath, ah ah ah _(┐”Q

Translator note:

Thank you, everyone who has been commenting on the last post about your preferences. I am probably going to wait another day and then decide for sure. I am leaning towards full arc releases though as I agree that they help to keep the story and characters more fully in mind. Unless I hear some more good reasons to go the other way, that’s probably what we’ll do.

Thanks again guys, you are the best! ⊂(♡⌂♡)⊃

Chapter 7 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me (1 of 2)

Lu Zhiguang felt for his pulse, feeling the ‘ba-dum ba-dum’ under his fingers, his heartbeat was rapid and irregular.

The coma the man had fallen into was not peaceful. A high pitched wheezing sound emerging from the bottom of his lungs, his brow creased into a tight knot. His hear was soaked all the way to its tips in cold sweat and his vigorous physique had almost completely collapsed.

Before the new changes in Gu Yuan’s situation, Lu Zhiguang had already come out of his arms and had pressed the tall body onto the bed.

His strength was not enough, he could hardly resist Gu Yuan’s instinctual struggling. Looking at the tie lying on the side, he simply grabbed it and tied the wrists of the two men together.

With the borrowed power, Lu Zhiguang used his body to suppress the unconscious thrashing of the other side, and fumbled and grasped the palm held against his chest, the brain-computer interface on his right wrist just making it to Gu Yuan’s BCI.

The backup system had no A.I. and would not sound an alarm, running fast under the control of the host, it bypassed the firewall, and adjusted the surveillance audio and video together.

Wine goblets and gambling chips lay intertwined, glasses clinking in toasts, welcoming smiles greeted every guest all in apparent harmony.

Lu Zhiguang’s pupils contracted and he quickly went through every frame of the banquet in his mind, finally stopping the image at the glass in Gu Yuan’s hand.

When he took the glass of wine, Gu Yuan’s figure was already drunk and he sprinkled a few drops on his wrist.

Gu Yuan’s BCI registered a warning for the contents, it showed that the special component added exceeded the safe limit. The ingredient added in the wine is a medicine extracted from the broken star grass. It is produced in the planet Guar and is used exclusively to lure people. When they are served, they will be in a state of drunkenness. Under the guidance of people around you, you will only act by instinct to reveal the true secrets hidden in your heart.

The Guar people still did not fully trust Gu Yuan.

Whether there was a problem with the wine or not, this glass of wine must be drunk.

Gu Yuan’s current symptoms must also be related to the overdose of drugs in the wine.

The fingertip touched the hidden switch inside the BCI, and Lu Zhiguang closely observed the skin underneath it several times. He confirmed that the switch that electrically stimulated the brain was still closed, and he finally was a little relieved.

Electrical stimulation of brain neurons is the most effective way to resist stimulants, but it can also cause strong damage to the human brain. For a long time afterward, people who have had electrical stimulation will be plagued by bursts of dizziness and severe headaches.

In the original plot line, Gu Yuan couldn’t find himself as an excuse to get away from the party. He must have gotten through the last temptation of Guar by turning on the electrical stimulation on his BCI.

After that, he probably was unable to maintain a long time of waking. The rebel organization was therefore able to find a gap in his security and he fell under the gun of their assassin.

Although the electrical stimulation was not turned on this time, the side effects of the drug had not yet passed. Gu Yuan still remembered not to hurt him in the chaos, struggling to breathe deeply and wanting to move to avoid him.

Lu Zhiguang clung to his hand, lying on top of his body to hold the man down firmly.

Vaguely aware of the discomfort of having his movements restricted, the man’s brows were pulled tight, uttering a hoarse whispered sound.

Guessing what he wanted, Lu Zhiguang leaned down putting his ear near his mouth, and the low-pitched voice hit his ear with a burning feeling.

“Zhiguang…”

Gu Yuan moved about weakly, his chest shuddering, looking for traces of the boy.

The foreign invaders were using him, and the compatriots of his home planet hated him. He walked on the tip of the knife, step by step, and the shadows were like an abyss.

He made it to this step when he had nowhere to go. At this point, he could no longer tell what the existence of the youth meant. Sudden warmth, unexpected companionship, the only piece of pure land in a chaotic world, concern, comfort, hope.

The only light in the abyss.

Lu Zhiguang breathed slightly, and decided to look at Gu Yuan’s eyelashes because of pain. He hesitated to raise his hand and hit a little sparkling water that overflowed in the extreme struggle.

At that time, what dripped on his face may not be dripping cold sweat.

“Nothing wrong…”
Lu Zhiguang whispered, opening his arms wide he hugged him, patting his back. Wiping away the traces of water on Gu Yuan‘s face he continued was awake when he was awake: “There’s nothing wrong, I will accompany you, nothing wrong…”

He has always had few words, and he has never felt any inconvenience from it. Until this time around, he suddenly felt that the words he had available to him were really scarce.

Lu Zhiguang tightened his lips and hesitated for a moment, still holding his body down with an arm wrapped around his back, thinking about the guide that the system had used to warn himself, trying to recall what was in it.

The teenager never knew anything about this subject, everything he knew about it came from the text. A soft kiss came trembling down and touched the man’s still hot forehead.

The cool soft touch falling onto his overly tensed forehead, Gu Yuan’s figure was slightly stunned, and the unconscious struggling finally calmed down.

High fever is a side effect caused by the subconscious force to resist the drug. Once it is relieved, it naturally recedes. After a while, his body temperature finally returned to normal.

Lu Zhiguang was relieved, and his eyes fell carefully on Gu Yuan‘s brow which finally eased. He whispered softly: “There’s nothing wrong.” His lips twitched a little bit of curvature, raising his hand and pressing the man’s short hair that was soaked in cold sweat slowly caressing.

Following the indistinct sound, the dense fog that seemed to have trapped him began to clear up and Gu Yuan opened his eyes with difficulty. The starlight sparkling in the youth’s eyes welcomed him.

Chapter 6 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me

Lu Zhiguang was completely caught off guard, his jaw dropping, he looked up at him. He noticed the minuscule lines that had still not eased on his forehead and his heart softened.
He knew the feeling of being misunderstood by his compatriots. Although Gu Yuan appeared calm, his heart must not feel good. At this time, he should not be distracted by his own waywardness.
Just buy a few workbooks, Gu Yuan won’t know his progress, just buy it and do it slowly.
Holding the hand that still didn’t warm up, Lu Zhiguang bent over a bit, leaning up against him, in between his arms. Poking on the BCI’s screen, picking a few thin-looking ones, looking up at the man beside him.
“Is that enough?”
Perceiving the teenager’s cautious attempt to comfort him, warmth seemed to sweep across Gu Yuan’s face. Taking the person into his arms he pressed his head on to his shoulder: “It doesn’t matter, how many you want to buy is how many you buy. What is important is that if you want to get a good grade it’s not enough to simply do the primary level exercises.”
……
Actually not enough.
Lu Zhiguang blinked his eyes and hesitated, giving a small sigh. He still made up his mind and decided to add five more.
No more.
Just the current number is probably enough to complete the task of this world.
It wasn’t the increase in quantity, it was the increase in the coursework’s difficulty. It was inevitable that Lu Zhiguang’s spirit wilted. Even the fragrant grilled fish that was brought up and didn’t give him much comfort.
Noticing that the teenager beside him seemed to be somewhat reserved, Gu Yuan brought him over to order a few more cakes and snacks: “Eat slowly, when we’re full we’ll head back.”
Even if he can ignore the abusive speech, he does not intend to run into the people downstairs again.
This road is already hard enough to go down. If you want to have a chance at success you must at least ensure that your mind is no longer affected by any unnecessary emotions.
The grilled fish is roasted golden and crispy, with sauce dripped from head to tail. The aroma is rich and attractive, and the fish is flaky and tender.
The blow of having to do new homework was finally cured under the offensive of the food. Lu Zhiguang ate seriously, and Gu Yuan also patiently accompanied him. Choosing the finest parts of the fish and picking it up he would dip it in the thick delicious sauce and put it in the dish in front of him.
His sight fell on the youth’s cheeks that would drum up as he was eating. The coldness that had been lingering at the bottom of his heart gradually dissipated. Gu Yuan put down the chopsticks and couldn’t help but rub his hair.
Lu Zhiguang blinked and looked up, but also picked up a piece of cake dotted with chocolate and pushed it to him.
Gu Yuan does not have the habit of eating sweets, and he has no appetite at the moment. Meeting the boy’s gaze however, he still couldn’t help but ease his expression and warmly spoke: “Thank you.”
“When you’re not happy, eating something sweet will make it better.” Lu Zhiguang whispered softly and pushed the cake in front of him even closer. His look was serious and even solemn: “It will be okay.”
The juvenile’s eyebrows are still a little childish, but his look is extremely determined. Pausing for a moment, Gu Yuan suddenly smiled and picked up the cake putting it in his mouth.
He has never liked sweets, and he is not good at distinguishing whether these foods are delicious or not. Just looking at the light in those eyes he felt that a stream of warmth was flowing into his heart, and even the cake became extra soft and sweet.
If only it could always be like this, it makes the days seem not so sad.
*
Lu Zhiguang ate very slowly, letting the system keep track of the situation downstairs. Waiting until the people finally dispersed he finally ended the meal.
Although the people from the Chamber of Commerce have dispersed, the conflict at that time has been seen by many people. Most of the staff at the Yuejin hotel are local residents of Galileo. No one wants to have even a little contact with this profit-seeking businessman. The hotel’s service is still thoughtful, but it seems a lot colder.
Taking such treatment as a matter of course, Gu Yuan had long ceased to care, he led Lu Zhiguang out of the hotel, adding a brain-computer interface to him before he took the person back home.
The hovercar passed through the lush silver tree forest, and after passing through several strict scanning barriers, it finally entered the thick and imposing cast copper gates and stopped at the front door of an exquisite villa.

Copper Gates
I imagine them as something resembling these

The afternoon sun fell quietly through the tall deciduous trees painting in alternating light and shadow.
The Gu family owns several sets of villas, but the safety of this place is the best. The surrounding area is also quiet. The only issue is that the place is remote. Gu Yuan would only occasionally come and stay for a few days.
The information he is handling has become more and more sensitive in recent times, and he needs a place that is safe and secure enough. Since he decided not to send Lu Zhiguang to school anymore it’s a very suitable place to put him.

Lu Zhiguang watched the scenery outside the window the whole way and noticing that the hovercar landed, turned his head and looked over to see that Gu Yuan had already taken his bag: “We’ve arrived home, come on.”
The villas are so quiet that the only sound that could be heard was that of running water. They have already arrived here and yet no one has come out.
Lu Zhiguang, standing up next to him, couldn’t help but wonder: “Only us?”
Gu Yuan smiled and taking the teenager to stand in front of the door scanned his iris information into the lock and raised his hand to push the door open: “There is a smart system hooked up to the BCI, usually cleaning and light housework are done by connected machines, more reliable than people. ”
Having fewer people around is safer, Lu Zhiguang nodded, stepping into the villa and looking around curiously.
The villa looks small but the interior is very spacious. The sun shines through the half-pulled curtains extending right next to the sofa, and the beige carpet is fluffy underfoot. The air carries the scent of fresh grass and wood.
“I will come home every day. If it’s too lonely during the day, there are books in the study you can read.”
Walking slowly behind him Gu Yuan took his shoulders and said, “When you want something, just tell me, I will bring it back.”
It seems that because he finally returned to the house, the man’s momentum was dissipated, and his very real fatigue was finally revealed. The look he gave Lu Zhiguang, however, was still patient and calm.
His eyes falling on the others faintly bloodshot eyes Lu Zhiguang nodded obediently. Think about it he added a sentence: “I will do my homework.”
There was a little smile on the bottom of his deep black eyes. Gu Yuan rubbed his hair and turned his eyes away.
The sweet smell of the cake seems to be quietly lingering in his nose.
*
Lu Zhiguang stayed in the villa.
That order has reached the most critical stage, Gu Yuan is getting busier, but he still came back every night, even if just for a short break and then off to a new round of intrigue.
It wasn’t just to accompany the teenager, Gu Yuan’s heart was clear on this. For his own sake, he was increasingly looking forward to “going home”.
The lights of the porch were lit every night, and the warm lights are hidden in the silver forest. Even if there was more pressure and criticism outside, the lights were always waiting for him in the dark forest.
Before, he had never thought that such a trivial little thing would become so important to him, bringing hope.
The sky was already dark, the hovercar was moving through the forest, and the lights in the villa windows are already lit. Gu Yuan needed to calm down a little, stopping the car he sat for a moment until the coldness of having to contend with the outside world converged. Taking the cakes that were specially bought back he got out of the car.
As soon as the door opened, the teenager who was sitting on the sofa and doing homework began to stand up, his eyes lit up and he flung into his arms.
The physical contact between the two is limited to hugs now, but Gu Yuan is very content. The young man’s body is warm and tough, and he throws himself into his arms without any hindrance. They may not be very intimate, but it was enough to fill his heart.
“Brought you a cake, what can’t you do in the homework?” Putting down the cake in his hand, Gu Yuan held his hand and took the person to sit back down on the sofa and asked about Lu Zhiguang’s work.
“All done.”
The newly purchased exercise books were difficult, there was no way to answer the questions with familiar topics, he could only rely on the system to search the Star Network to make an answer, and then copy it by hand onto the workbook.
Lu Zhiguang opened his work and asked him to check it. He brought the freshly brewed coffee over and placed it beside the sofa. “Is there anything wrong today?”
Gu Yuan smiled and shook his head unhooking the top button on his dress shirt. He rubbed the youth’s soft hair: “Not as busy, I came back to accompany you.”
These days had him just about spinning in circles and his eyes were almost completely bloodshot. However, now the look on his face couldn’t help but relax and his lips also showed a tendency to curve up.
The company has already determined the specific material in that kind of vein, and they have sneaked it into several production lines. Only a few confidants in whom he had absolute trust knew what was going on. The replaced radium stone will be put into production from tomorrow and will be transported to planet Guar through special passages. The only thing that needs to be done now is to ensure that there are no accidents in this order.
Lu Zhiguang’s heart fretting, he blinked his eyes, looking up at him. The target character has completed the main line task, so now it is the key stage of his own task.
The theft and replacement of the radium stone is the main line of the plot, as long as there is no additional interference, it will not be noticed. However, the fate of Gu Yuan was also stirred into the whirlpool from this moment. The angered people of Galileo would regard him as a traitor just out for money. Everyone would revile him and be sardonic, they can’t wait to get rid of him.
From now on, as long as Gu Yuan takes a step out of the villa, disaster will shadow him.
Gu Yuan is undoubtedly aware of this matter.
Looking at the deep dark circles around his tired eyes he still didn’t hold back. Lu Zhiguang licked his lips, holding his hand, and whispered into his ear: “It’s too stuffy at home, can I go out with you?”
The young man rarely asks for anything. Gu Yuan can’t help but sneak him into his arms. Stretching his arms around him he sighed out in a gentle tone: “It’s not safe outside right now, I’ll try to come back as much as possible, okay? ”
It was unsurprising that Gu Yuan refused, Lu Zhiguang gently licked his lips again and leaning into his broad shoulders, his arms slightly tightened.
The amulet was quietly pulled out by him. As his movements slightly pulled Gu Yuan’s collar open the system quickly recorded the genetic information belonging to the other party. The progress bar ran fast and it didn’t take long to be already more than halfway through it.
His iris information could only get him to the gate of the villa. Only Gu Yuan’s genetic code could unlock the outside door so he could leave the villa smoothly.
He needed it to protect the other party so at least when Gu Yuan encounters an accident he can rush to his location as soon as possible.
The system is superb in professional skills, and the information has been recorded in a few breaths. Lu Zhiguang was a little relieved and was about to get up straight, but suddenly he was firmly held in the arms around him. There was a dull low voice from the ear: “Sorry.”
Every day when I got home, the familiar figure would be waiting on the sofa. On his handsome face, there would always be a good smile. He has always felt relieved. After all, the juvenile’s nature is stable and smooth, and it is the most able to endure loneliness.
But even if you can withstand loneliness, you can’t help but feel trapped being alone in a villa all day.
Originally said to be “fostering”, now it seems that he has imprisoned people.
Gu Yuan’s chest was stuffy and his arms could not be tightened anymore. He slowly stroked the back of the boy’s back. The voice became even lower. “Sorry…”

He was vaguely confused, it seemed as though something had been misunderstood. Lu Zhiguang blinked and waited until his embrace was slightly relaxed, propped up his body and wanted to speak, but Gu Yuan’s BCI suddenly sounded a special alert.
Gu Yuan’s face suddenly showed some vigilance, loosening his arms he opened his BCI, looked at the news, and his eyes grew darker.
The Guar military suddenly issued a banquet invitation, and the time was tonight, right now. This should not be a mistake. To even make it to the banquet he must rush to the location as soon as possible.
About to tell him that something had come up temporarily he meet the youth’s clear gaze and the words got caught in his throat. Quickly lowering his sight Gu Yuan thought for a moment. Finally making up his mind he slowly said: “Today we’ll go to a hotel, I have to go downstairs to have a meal, you wait for me in the room, okay?”
Lu Zhiguang looked bright and nodded immediately. Gu Yuan, with a helpless look on his face, just rubbed his hair. Quickly getting dressed he took him out of the villa and got in the hovercar.
*
Arriving in advance to the agreed upon hotel, Gu Yuan first checked into a room, arraigned Lu Zhiguang, and then went to the banquet hall to attend the Guar state dinner.
After sending Gu Yuan away, Lu Zhiguang opened the system and wanted to start monitoring. In his mind, an alarm suddenly sounded: “The host should be careful, the target person is drinking today!”
“Can’t he drink alcohol?”

He hadn’t heard the alarm for quite some time. Lu Zhiguang rubbed his temples in pain, lowered the volume, and asked.
Of course not!
The system was worried, and posted dozens of host diaries to him: “Comprehensive statistics, the probability of alcoholism is more than 47%. The target person’s object quality is excellent, host. He is likely to be drunk, take off your clothes and then communicate in depth -”
……
Unusually, the system found some vocabulary that would not be covered. Lu Zhiguang probably understood the definition of in-depth communication these days. He raised his hand and touched the amulet, and turned it quietly. He turned the volume down one more time: “It doesn’t matter, he won’t get drunk.”
“…maybe he’ll throw the host down!” The system stubbornly finished the last sentence, and the buffer symbol anxiously circled: “Please be vigilant, do self-protection measures, open the system’s protection function!”
“Don’t worry, you go ahead and help me write homework first, I will call you when something goes wrong.” Compared to being thrown down, the threat of homework is even greater. Lu Zhiguang has a very clear grasp of the status quo, patting the amulet and appeased the system to go back to the newly scanned question bank: “Reassured, I can protect myself.”

Working on problems will occupy 90% of its memory. There is no way to respond in time. The system was so worried that it was almost garbled, but it was still forced into the ocean of knowledge. After a short time, there was no sound.
Lu Zhiguang relaxed onto the sofa, opening up the target person’s life monitoring.

There was a hidden reason for this banquet, the Guar people didn’t fully trust Gu Yuan and they wanted to try and see if he had any ulterior motives.
He is not worried about what Gu Yuan will do to him, but he must avoid him having any future accidents.
A long time had passed and Gu Yuan’s life standard remained stable. The night outside the window was already deep, and Lu Zhiguang yawned lightly, his line of sight blurring for a moment, but then he jerked awake.
Life monitoring, which had remained above 95, had suddenly changed. It had slipped below 80 and then returned to around 90. It was still fluctuating up and down.
Although it wasn’t too low there must have been an accident.
His heart faintly tightening, Lu Zhiguang bit his lip for a moment, pushed his body upright and turned to see if he could observe anything out the window. The door of the private room was suddenly pushed open, and the familiar figure had already rushed into it.
Lu Zhiguang quickly stepped forward firmly supporting the crumbling man.
Gu Yuan’s skin was a little hot, and his body was full of strong alcohol. He held the juvenile’s arm tightly and reaching a hand back, closed the door. He stumbled and pulled the person to the bed, leaning over and covering him.
Lu Zhiguang relaxed his strength and raising his arms he wrapped them around his chest. His eyes showing quiet concern.
Putting the teenager into his arms, Gu Yuan breathed heavily, silently moving his mouth to form: “Trust me?”
Lu Zhiguang nodded, his eyes turned to the window. Outside the sheer curtain, a figure jumped quickly to the wall.
“Don’t be afraid…”
Seeing that he also found the person outside monitoring them, Gu Yuan’s heart slightly relaxed its tension, his eyes filled with bitter apologies, and his strength suddenly became quite overbearing. He couldn’t help but rip open the clothes on his body and cover the neck of the teenager.
His movements were somewhat unstable and his health bar was still fluctuating. Lu Zhiguang quietly held his hand, his eyes warm and soothing, and he shook his head gently. He was just doing it for the people outside. Gu Yuan pulled both of their clothes apart, and their body shapes were entangled. Pressing the button to close the blackout curtains his movement abruptly stopped.
Lu Zhiguang held his body so that he didn’t topple over. An icy cold liquid suddenly dripped down the side of his cheek, and his heart, Raising his head up, just about to speak, the strength of the arms placed on both sides of him suddenly gave out.

Gu Yuan’s eyes were closed, his hot forehead was affixed to his neck. He had passed out without a sound.

Chapter 5 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me

A little taken aback by Lu Zhiguang’s unexpected response, Gu Yuan lowered his head and observed him.

The young man bowed his head slightly, sincerely admitting to his mistake, his brow was slightly wrinkled, the long eyelashes twitching slightly and the hand holding the ice cream tightened slightly, showing some sincere distress.

It’s the same as his unwillingness to do homework the time before.

For a moment he couldn’t figure out how to respond to such a sudden sentence. The blocked feeling in his chest beginning to ease Gu Yuan’s heart quieted down, and he half-believed him and was half-suspicious. He asked: “Why are you skipping classes?”

The youth in front of him twisted his body slightly and the corners of his lips twitched. It seemed to be difficult to say.

Gu Yuan gave birth to a vague nervousness, still waiting for his answer.

The next moment, the soft and warm body slammed into his arms and suddenly embraced him.

This hug seems to be not the same as in peacetime. The body in his arms is very relaxed. However, the two arms are firmly wrapped around him and the strength is delivered without reservation. His shoulders and back all the way to his heart are all unguarded.
It’s easy to hold him completely in his arms and its just as easy to hit his unprotected vulnerable areas to knock him out or even kill him.

Gu Yuan looked at him more intently and slowly raised his arm.

The crisp “ding” suddenly sounded and the elevator door opened. Light filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the restaurant and came in from behind dancing lightly across the soft hair on the youth’s forehead. It seemed to fall straight into his chest bringing a slight warmth to the bottom of his heart.

The sharp look in his eyes is covered with gentleness and Gu Yuan’s arm circled around the person snuggled into his chest, gently patting his back.

Sincerely apologizing in the only way he knew how, Lu Zhiguang raised his head up from between his arms and discovered that the target character’s look was alleviated, his eyes brightened, and the ice cream cone in his hand was lifted.

“I don’t want it, you eat it.” Gently removing the boy from his embrace, Gu Yuan opened his arms and holding his hand led him out of the elevator. After a while, he slowly added: “I will send you home, okay?”

The secretary investigated all the information that might be related to Lu Zhiguang’s identity, but could not find any special content. When he sent the young man back yesterday, he was kept out of the door. If there was any secret the other party was hiding, it would probably be behind that closed door.

Being caught skipping class, the only remedy seems to be to go home and do his homework.

Lu Zhiguang, taking a small lick from his ice cream, nodded obediently, took the initiative to lead Gu Yuan out of the art gallery, all the way back home.

The art gallery is located in the open space on the outskirts of the city. His residence is not far from here. Originally, if he followed that system’s navigation route, it would take about ten minutes to get there. He took him through the shortcut and then the dilapidated slums appeared in front of them.

The scene in front suddenly turned from prosperous to run-down, and Gu Yuan’s look changed slightly and his footsteps couldn’t help but be slightly delayed.

The museum is located in the area occupied by Guar and it had been beautifully decorated. If it wasn’t for this, he would have never realized that the two places were so close.

If he really wasn’t getting close to him with ulterior motives, just ditching class and running around, it is possible to go to the museum. Maybe he was being too suspicious.

Noticing that the footsteps behind him were slowing down, Lu Zhiguang stopped and looked up at the man with the straight posture. The look in his eyes was like something emerging from the shadows into the flickering light.

Holding his hand tightly, Gu Yuan‘s voice deepened with apology, and tapping the young man’s forehead: “Do you still want to eat grilled fish?”

When being dragged into the elevator, the teenager was chanting all kinds of dishes, but Gu Yuan‘s mind was too chaotic at that time, and he wasn’t listening. In the end, he only remembered the last few things he said.

It is now near noon. If you eat grilled fish, the afternoon will probably not be used to study. Lu Zhiguang had a slightly brighter look on his face and the angle of his lips gently curved up. Looking up with some anticipation: “Is that ok?”

Knowing what little scheme the teenager was hatching, when he saw the hopeful look in his eyes, Gu Yuan‘s smile got bigger and patting his head he continued: “I invite you to eat to thank you for today.”

Immediately refilled with power, Lu Zhiguang nodded, took Gu Yuan into the dilapidated residence building, climbing the creaking stairs up to his room and opened the door.

……

Seeing a house full of workbooks, Gu Yuan took a step back finally sincerely awe-struck.

He knew that the pressure on students currently was huge, but it was only now that he had an innate perception of it. The almost floor-to-ceiling stacks of workbooks trembled, and the house must be carefully entered sideways, and it’s almost impossible to turn around. It’s always worrying to know that as long as the action is just a little to big, one will be submerged in the ocean of knowledge, literally.

He had to make himself enter the house.

If you let another person in the exercises that were piled up would probably collapse.

The figure of the juvenile seemed particularly weak and helpless under the setting of so much homework. When he opened the door, he drilled in sideways and stepped on a chair to reach a book on the top of a pile.
Gu Yuan saw a frightening skirmish and quickly walked over to carefully hold him up. Supporting the crumbling book mountain he asked: “Are these all sent by the school?”

They were carefully prepared by the elders of his family and are exercises useful for taking the system civil servants exam. Originally told that if the task was successful, he would be exempted from having to pass the assessment. He thought that he could get rid of the sea of homework. It turned out to be a place to do homework.

The system automatically performed camouflage and replaced his job-related workbooks with the text and content from the current world. Lu Zhiguang nodded, hesitated a little, and finally got up the courage: “I will attend school, and these questions will also be done…”

Gu Yuan, indulging for a moment in the feeling of holding the youth, pulled him to sit at the table and looked at the workbooks over and over.

After the invasion of Galileo, the education system was also severely hit. Students in slums like this can only go to the most common galaxy network school and were taught only the most basic knowledge. Although the exercises are free, the difficulty and quality are also limited. The fees for practice workbooks at the difficulty level of the standardized test have become very expensive.

According to the information sent by the secretary, Lu Zhiguang was trying to make enough money for some and was deceived on this road. If he was bought by someone with ulterior motives, he might have encountered something unimaginable.

The teenager was taken by him on the lap, and he looked at him quietly, his gaze pure and clean.

“These questions don’t have to be done anymore, and the school doesn’t have to be attended anymore.” Meeting his gaze, Gu Yuan put the workbooks together, and nodding his head calmly said: “Before the exam, are you willing to move over to my place and live with me?”

……

Must have seen paradise.

Lu Zhiguang blinked his eyes, and for the first time the look in his eyes was infinitely bright, his hands caught the neck of the target person, his whole face displaying a bright smile, he slammed into his neck rubbing it with his head.

He was too late to avoid the cool soft touch that seemed to stick to the side of his neck. Gu Yuan breathed in a little, looking at the young boy who seems to be elated for the first time since they met. His eyes seemingly dipped in warm light, he pulled the youth into his arms.

He never feared the isolation and helplessness of his situation, but he had to admit that too much real warmth could be addictive.

Once you have seen the sun, it is not so easy to let it go.

*

The two went out of the slums but did not return to the museum.

The secretary has been informed to park the car outside of the slum area. Gu Yuan led Lu Zhiguang to the car, entered the name of a hotel, started the automatic driving, and the hovercar drove to the city center.

The restaurant in the art gallery is very general. Yuejin’s grilled fish tastes good. Let’s try it first and see if it suits your appetite.”

The young man next to him seemed to have still not recovered from the joy. His eyes were still bent into an arc and his look was bright. In a sincere voice, he said: “Thank you–“

“It doesn’t matter, if you really want to thank me, you can help me more.”

Gu Yuan smiled and shook his head, holding the boy’s hand. The fingers that had just been holding an ice cream cone were slightly damp but they curled into the palm of his hand very docilely.

If the teenager was really clever enough to guess his situation through a few words and could skillfully cooperate with him to help solve the problem, then if he stays with him maybe he can become a strong boost.

His eyes fell on the schoolbag held by Lu Zhiguang, and the vague thoughts that rose in his mind were quickly dissipated. Gu Yuan took his hand and turned his eyes back out the window.

Now is not the time to consider this.

There are still two months until the standardized test. After that Guar will probably ignite the war once more.

He will send this person out. Wait until he finishes the work he has to do, and wait until the battle that will determine their victory or defeat is settled. If there is still a chance, the future will be long.

*

The hovercar stopped outside the Yuejin Hotel. Gu Yuan accompanied Lu Zhiguang to get out of the car. He was about to enter the door, but his footsteps suddenly paused.
In the lounge area of the hotel lobby, there are a lot of merchants from the local area of Galileo. The crowds are bustling and it seems that new boycotts are being organized.
Gu Yuan observed the situation and wanted the young man he was with to avoid them but he was recognized by the people in the hotel and a man quickly stepped over and intercepted him.

“Isn’t this CEO Gu? Come on in, we were just talking about you…”

Seeing his figure, the middle-aged man who was taking the lead immediately smiled and spoke quickly. Most people remained sitting on the sofa, and occasionally a few glances floated his way but they all revealed indifference.

After the invasion of Galileo due to the narrower living space of the local merchants and the coercive policy pressure, many companies had already gone under. In the eyes of many people, Gu Yuan gave up the resistance to cooperate with planet Guar. Although he kept Gu Shi up and running, it was not an honorable act.

Gu Yuan knows what he is like in these people’s eyes, and does not expect that the relationship will be eased. He just shook hands with the president of the Chamber of Commerce, and his tone was dull: “Just passing by, don’t bother.”

CEO Gu – wait a minute, we just want to ask you one thing.” Seeing that he did not want to stop to talk, the president of the Chamber of Commerce raised his hand to stop him, his face smiled a little, his eyes fell on him, and he finally went straight the point: “200 million credits worth of radium mines, did CEO Gu pick up the listing?”

Gu Yuan‘s eyebrow slightly raised and he stopped in place.
The order was not plausible from the beginning. Guar Star didn’t send a letter of negotiation to only Gu Shi, but the owners of Galileo’s large and small mines also received business proposals.

The Chamber of Commerce‘s idea is to call on the mine owners to boycott the transaction. The potential for a huge profit was there. Before Gu Yuan decided to take the order, he had already learned that several mine owners were tempted to break the boycott and were going to accept some small transactions.

Such intermittent selling is extremely difficult to attract attention, and naturally, it is impossible to intercept it smoothly. If he didn’t take the order Guar may have been able to rely on piecemealing the supplies needed to fill the 200 million credit order.

Some time ago, Gu Shi had an internal accident and almost mixed the radium ore with another ore used for sculptures. The samples produced were completely undetectable, but the defense ability for a certain frequency of laser was extremely poor. In just a few dozen seconds it turned into a pile of waste.

Although it was only an accident, it unexpectedly gave him new inspiration. So no matter how harsh it sounded, he must be the one to get the order.

These things are not necessary to say to anyone, Gu Yuan looks cold, and raises his hand and slowly straightening his collar: “My business seems to have nothing to do with you.”

Nothing to do with us?! Do you know what that radium ore means!”

There was a rumor that Gu Shi took the order, and now he saw that he did not deny it. The young man standing behind the president couldn’t help but get angry and punched towards him.

Gu Yuan’s eyes were cold, his body shape was still motionless. He raised his eyebrows at the president the look in his eye quite faint.

He is now a guest of Guar, after all, the president did not dare to attack him in public. He stopped the young man behind him and shouted: “Lu Qing!”

“You are sending Galileo to a dead end! I really wait until they are ready to attack. When everyone is under their subjugation, do you think that your Gu Shi can still remain standing?!”

The young man was stopped by him, but his eyes were red, and he clenched his teeth shouting at him: “Traitorous garbage! This is your home planet! Why didn’t you die early-“

Yuejin Hotel is also a local hotel in Galileo. Even if something is said that shouldn’t be said in public, it won’t leave the doors of this hotel.

Moreover, the attitude of the Chamber of Commerce to have such a fierce boycott has been in existence for a long time. Guar is still planning a full-scale invasion. Before the situation is settled, there won’t be an over-exaggerated reaction to this kind of rebellious speech.

Gu Yuan calmly turned around and let him scream at him, holding the youth‘s hand into the elevator.

Lu Zhiguang raised his head up looking at the eyes that seemed to see no end to the darkness. The target person’s breathing and heart rate did not change, and the figure was still stable. Only the hand holding his hand was cold without a trace of temperature, so cold it seemed as if it could penetrate into the bone marrow.

When the elevator arrived at the reserved private room, Gu Yuan silently led the teenager into the door, and then whispered a moment: “Zhiguang, some things -“

His words have not been finished, the young man suddenly came up and gently hugged him, slowly patting his back.

The pupils of eyes were still as clean and clear as before, revealing pure and straightforward trust and comfort. It seems that there is no doubt about him because of this episode.

At a certain moment, he even thought that perhaps whatever he did, the young man in front of him would trust him unconditionally.

Suddenly, a very intense emotion surged in his chest, but it was rigorously suppressed.

Gu Yuan dropped his eyes, his eyelids twitched quickly and then went back to usual, shaking his head: “Well, we won’t talk about it.”

Lu Zhiguang just straightened his body back up, still holding his hand his eyes were warm and concerned. Gu Yuan just smiled and rubbed his hair. Taking him over to the casual seating, while waiting for the dishes they ordered, opened the screen on his BCI.

You don’t want to use those, I asked the secretary to pick up some new workbooks better suited for the difficulty of the standardized tests. Do you have any workbooks you like?”

Chapter 4 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me

Really cannot.
Remembering the pile of workbooks that he had just seen, the stacks of which almost reached the roof, he had a lingering heartache, and with his back solidly against the door, he shook his head firmly.
He’s here to do the task, not to do homework. If the target person sees the situation inside, it is easy to guess what preceding actions will be adopted later on.
The boy’s look was unexpectedly determined. Gu Yuan was amazed for a moment, but leaving the apartment he rubbed his hair: “Then I am gone, I will find you for the next time.”
This age is when self-respect is the strongest, and if he didn’t want to let himself see the situation in the house it’s probably that the house is really messy, or it’s really too cramped inside. Gu Yuan didn’t want him to be too concerned about this kind of thing, so he warmly said goodbye and going down the creaking wooden stairs he went back to the car.
No longer seeing his figure in the night, Lu Zhiguang was slightly relieved, pulling the door open just a slit and slipping into the room sideways.
The piles of books on the table were all new and they were swaying nearly to the roof. Roughly estimated there were enough to take him seven or eight worlds to complete, and maybe there would still be some leftover.
Lu Zhiguang carefully went in sideways, squeezing between the middle of the workbooks, which were piled almost as high as himself. Putting down the bag he took his clothes off, neatly folded them and laid down flat on the bed.
Then he had a nightmare full of hard work.
Early the next morning, Lu Zhiguang took a rare few minutes to linger on the bed planning.
This kind of house he can’t stay in anyway, and it is better to go out to do the task than going to school.
The world is not safe. If you find an opportunity in the future, you might be able to wait for the room to blow up.
In this way, his enthusiasm for the task has increased a lot.
Lu Zhiguang took a deep breath and regaining his spirits he got dressed. Sliding down the temporarily built awning outside the window he left the slums.

In order to facilitate the work, the system can detect the position of the target person at any time. Lu Zhiguang turned the amulet for half a turn, and according to the system’s navigation, he found his route along the map.
He didn’t intend to bring the bag out. When he left the door, he found that the bag was actually bound to the system backpack. In order to be able to buy things from the system store at any time, at least so far, it was necessary to carry the bag with you.
The system had just arrived from the factory, its current level is not enough to hide the external equipment, full of apologies on the road, the navigation sounds seem listless.
Lu Zhiguang had already dumped the work out of the bag in advance, so touching the amulet he comforted it in his mind: “Don’t worry, when you complete a world mission your experience points will be enough to upgrade.”
“Guaranteed host, I will upgrade as soon as possible, so that the host does not need to carry a bag in the future!”
The system immediately began to promise and confidently vowed it would be so. Lu Zhiguang smiled and re-settled the amulet’ red cord hanging around his neck.. He continued to ask: “Is the target position determined?”
“It has been determined that the target person is in the art gallery in front, the host just needs to go in and follow the navigation!”
The system was excited and feeling motivated it searched around for the target characters again, to determine the exact location to pass on to him, and also carefully marked the detailed navigation route.

Looking at the mark on the map, Lu Zhiguang stopped for a moment, his eyes showing some speculation.
Art gallery.
There is no art-related hobby on Gu Yuan’s resume, and it is unusual to come to such a place. Under such a tense time, the other party suddenly came to the art gallery, he probably didn’t come to see the art.
The main line of the plot is built around the protagonist, and there are only a few lines about the cannon fodder. He can only theorize according to the timing of the plot line, judging that Gu Yuan should be busy with the crucial order in the near future. He is not sure how the other party did it as he was completely self-reliant and he managed to deceive everyone…
The look on Lu Zhiguans’s face grew slightly darker and the bag was lifted on to his back. Instead of following the route marked by the system, he pushed his body up and grabbing the wall with one hand he pulled himself onto the window ledge located on the second floor of the gallery.
The design of the museum is full of the Star Age art style, and many embossed decorations are attached to the outside of the building. Without much effort, Lu Zhiguang found the floor where Gu Yuan was located, pushed open the skylight, and steadily dropped into the corridor leading to the sculpture exhibition hall.
Gu Yuan did not wear the stereotypical three-piece suit today but changed into an ink-colored casual windbreaker. His figure is still very handsome. He seems to be strolling leisurely, casually stopping from time to time in front of various exhibits.
Like many ordinary visitors, he will stop for a moment before each exhibit, and will also use his brain-computer interface [BCI] to listen to the recorded introduction of those exhibits. It seems as though he has a strong interest in those exhibits.
Lu Zhiguang avoided the crowd and tried to open the system scanning function. After a few seconds, a notice sound was heard in his mind: “Host, the target person is recording the material structure of the exhibits, and his BCI is analyzing compounds similar to radium. Do you need me to send you a copy?”
“No, take back the probe.” Lu Zhiguang replied in his mind, feeling for a pair of glasses he put them on and quietly integrated into the crowd.

Radium stone is a specialty mineral mined by the Gu Shi Group. It happens to be the core content of the order. It seems that Gu Yuan came here to find something that has the ability to reduce the defensive strength of radium stone and that will not be immediately detected in the supply load.
This search is tantamount to finding a needle in a haystack, but at least it shows that Gu Yuan has received the order from Guar Star and has begun to think about countermeasures.
In the eyes of the other party, he is still a diligent and poor student. Now is the time to go to school, he shouldn’t have the time to come out to visit the art museum.
Lu Zhiguang did not intend to show up in front of him. He just pushed the glasses on his face in place more firmly and started following not far behind him.
*
Gu Yuan did not go far and was suddenly met by a smiling figure.
The diligent looking man walked quickly, coming towards him he reached out a hand: “What a coincidence– CEO Gu are you here looking at the sculpture exhibition too?”
“Nothing to do today just took advantage to come to look around.”
Not showing any trace of alert in his eyes Gu Yuan smiled back and after having said that he stuck out his left hand, the one not wearing his BCI, and gently shook hands with him.
He recognized the person in front of him, it was Lei Sheng, a small but well-known entrepreneur on Galileo. The two had done business together several times.
This person’s business is not too big, his attitude is diligent and amiable, but he is a member of planet Galileo’s resistance organization. Under normal circumstances, he wouldn’t need to guard against the other party, but the situation is different now, and it must not be taken lightly.
Lei Sheng still had a friendly smile on his face. He shook his hand and reached for a package of cigarettes: “It’s so rare to meet if CEO Gu doesn’t object to our small business, we’ll ask you take more care of us going forward…”

He did not let go of Gu Yuan’s left hand, but he knocked a cigarette out of its package with his other hand and passed it over with a smile.
Gu Yuan’s eyes dropped and a faint cold look crossed his face.
The security of the brain-computer interface is guaranteed, but some people have invented equipment to capture intelligence information. Even if the information protection is turned on, as long as the BCI’s of both parties can come into contact, the information on it can be ripped.
He just received the radium stone order from Guar worth 200 million star credits, and the resistance organization of Galileo had already heard rumors about it. Someone would, of course, come to inquire about the news, Lei Sheng was not finding him for a simple chat.
The two hundred million star credit radium stone mine is an important part of planet Guar’s aggressive expansion plan. However, if you can really take advantage of this opportunity and slip a fake radium mine in to make the deal, it may become the key for defeating Guar.
From that standpoint, he and the Galileo rebel organization are actually in the same camp. However, the resistance organization is mixed and the interior is not completely clean. This matter is too big. He only intends to do this alone. No matter to which side, he does not intend to reveal the secret.
Lei Sheng still smiles, waiting for him to take the cigarette.
Both sides are partners in the business field. If he refuses to do so, he will not only show the other side disrespect, but he will also immediately aggravate their suspicions. He might even stimulate the resistance organization into starting against him again.
If you do not refuse, in all likelihood, the information in the brain will be directly passed to the other party. At that time, the two sides may be able to meet each other frankly, but there are too many rumors in the rebel organization. As long as someone makes a wrong move, it will make this crucial opportunity burst like a bubble.
Gu Yuan was silent, his eyes falling on the cigarette, the light in his eyes growing dim.
The things he intends to do, the fewer people know, the better. No one needs to understand him, and no one needs to accompany him.
Gu Yuan gradually revealed a distinctively proud look, raising his jaw upwards. Just as he was about to get rid of the cigarette that was being handed over, a figure suddenly fluttered towards him and hugged his arm.
Not just his arm, half his body was being hugged by the suddenly appearing teenager. Still not retrieving his wandering thoughts his lips have been touched by the cool feeling of ice.
A two-color vanilla and chocolate ice cream was stuffed into his hand, and Gu Yuan took it, subconsciously looking down.
The teenager hanging on his arm raised his head and looked up at him, his eyes were full of vivid and lively affection, and he complained dissatisfied: “I just went to buy food… you go so fast!”
It is clear that the youth in front of him was not displaying his real temperament but Gu Yuan is still couldn’t help but be affected by the bright look in his eyes. His brow became soft and gentle, lips faintly curved, and the ice cream is fed to his mouth: “It’s my fault, what else do you want to eat?”
Lei Sheng blinked, he was ignored. When he remembered the news he heard last night, he couldn’t help but be surprised. He instinctively took a step back.
The tall man’s face is cold but his slightly focused gaze was full of softness. The young man half-lying in his arms was bright, although he was glaring at him, his movements still revealed a bit of unintentional childishness, and he wasn’t in a hurry to push him away.
He still didn’t rush to move him away, it seems that he was indeed spoiled by Gu Yuan.
Realizing that he had disturbed the two on a date, the looming hostility that Gu Yuan showed before suddenly became quite a matter of course.
Lei Sheng was slightly stunned at this time, rubbing his hands together he wanted to apologize, but the boy was already full of vocabulary such as “grilled fish” and “cake” and dragged CEO Gu to the elevator to go to the restaurant downstairs.
……
Lu Zhiguang’s actions were meticulously based according to the tutorial provided by the system on being “fostered”. After dragging people into the elevator, he finally breathed a sigh of relief and stepped back. After patting Gu Yuan’s arm he gently let go.
The weight on his arm is suddenly lightened and the warm body temperature is suddenly far away.
His eyes fell on the white neck of the young man, Gu Yuan was silent for a moment, but he still raised his hand and gently covered his hair softly rubbing it: “Thank you.”
The timing of the other party’s appearance is too clever, and it is clear that it is for him. For whatever purpose, it undoubtedly helped him solve the dilemma he was in.
Vaguely perceiving the power of the hand on his head, Lu Zhiguang blinked and took the ice cream, hesitating and looked up: “I am coming today -”
Only halfway through the words, Gu Yuan suddenly pulled him into his arms.
If he just guessed his own dilemma based on yesterday’s conversation at the hotel, the teenager in front of him was too smart to be able to go so far. If this is not the case, if the other party is deliberately getting close to him, there must be some other motive.
He is really afraid of what false excuse Lu Zhiguang will tell him, or what pale, weak, explanation he will use to justify what happened today.
The elevator’s down indicator lit up and there are ten seconds to reach the restaurant on the first floor.
He should be alert to everyone who tries to get close to himself, but at this time, in these ten seconds, he really does not want to have any doubts about the young boy in his arms.
The target person’s heartbeat and breathing frequency had changed, and his arm strength had also increased a lot. Looking up at the tensed side of the face, it is faintly showing a few chills that have never been seen before.
Obviously angry.
Lu Zhiguang was pressed in his arms, and one hand was still holding the soft-serve ice cream. Listening to the man’s heartbeat, he struggled in silence for a moment then honestly admitted his mistake.
“I skipped class…”

Chapter 3 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me

Worried that he must have been afraid, Gu Yuan’s eye color darkened, his right hand holding the tensed back of the boy keeping them close together. His eyes swept over the guests who had been blocking the way: “The next time, that hand may wish to stay.”
The anticipated attack did not occur. Lu Zhiguang blinked and wanted to look back to see the situation, but Gu Yuan kept him firmly in his arms to protect him.
The multiparty forces are always secretly scrutinizing him. He knows in his heart that after removing one wave there will always be another wave. Using the “fostering” arraignment to avoid those people’s eyes and ears circumvented a lot of problems but ignored the possibility that those people who couldn’t get to him would turn the gun on the person around him.
Glancing at the boy who was firmly in Gu Yuan’s arms, the few men were retreating, but they were secretly scared.
Gu Yuan is a person who has risen to the top of the commercial sector. He has always been very methodical and is rarely so merciless. It seems that he cares a lot about the little lover held in his arms.
Although they are monitoring the other side, it is far from the correct timing for a reprisal. The person in charge doesn’t want to be the one who bungles the plan. Seeing as how Gu Yuan didn’t intend to pursue the issue, he hurriedly glanced at the others and then pulled them down the stairs and out of the hotel.
Seeing that the few people rushed away, Gu Yuan finally put the gun in his hand away.
Lu Zhiguang moved, and finally, he looked up from his arms and met the man’s deep and dark eyes.
Looking at the still clean and clear gaze coming from his arms, Gu Yuan’s look softened back down, he loosened his arms and leaning over he gently rubbed his hair: “Sorry.”
The juvenile’s movements are not much more skilled than his. As his arm slips down he is more aware of the momentary stiffness in the boy’s shoulder and arm lumbar spine.

Obviously, he is not familiar with this.
Just being brought over to be “fostered” and running into something like this. Even if you’re courageous, you will inevitably be scared.
At the moment, the forces of the various parties are playing against each other and no one has started on him directly. He still has something to accomplish, and he can’t easily start a feud with them. It is already the limit to protect people to this degree.
Lu Zhiguang blinked his eyes and shook his head gently, holding his hand in a soothing way: “I’m fine.”
When Gu Yuan started speaking Lu Zhiguang realized the misunderstanding between the two.
The target person is now at the center of the balance of powers of all parties. Although those people will keep Gu Yuan under observation, they will never rush to shoot. The movement of the person reaching for his waist is probably only a conditioned reflex. He is always in a state of high tension, and care is chaotic.
The hand that had just held the gun was suddenly gently held. Gu Yuan’s heart raced a bit and turning his wrist clasped in his hand he said with a warm voice: “I didn’t think it through. Keep me company for a while and then I will send you home.”
Lu Zhiguang’s movements lagged and he did not immediately follow.
Perceived the impact from his wrist, Gu Yuan raised his eyebrows and met the distressed look in the young man’s eyes. He chuckled and smiling continued: “You don’t have to write homework.”
Although those people have dispersed, there may still be people who are secretly monitoring him, and the things that are being taken care of are not completely settled.
Upon hearing his assurance, the Lu Zhiguang was finally relieved, his brow relaxed, and back he went with him.
Having been used to being a lone wolf for a long time, the feeling of being accompanied is not only novel but also unexpectedly good.
The juvenile’s hand is warm and stable, giving off a distinctive breath of life. Gu Yuan’s hand was lightly gripped, and the long-lost feeling of tranquility and warmth rushed into his blood along with the touch, and the tightness in his chest was unconsciously settled.
Bringing people back to the private room, the candlelight is swayed by the airflow caused by opening the door, and the dimly lit room seems to be warm again.
“I still have some things that I haven’t finished, and I don’t mind you doing whatever you want to do.” After messing up Lu Zhiguang’s short hair, Gu Yuan opened his mouth and taking his schoolbag to the table added warmly: “It is not early, go take a shower first, and I will ask the secretary to send a set of clothes.”

He finally started to let the host take a shower!
When it heard Gu Yuan’s words, the system suddenly felt alarmed and shook his little bell: “The host is careful, this is a trap!”
Taking a bath means taking off your clothes. You can’t wear them when you take off your clothes. The book says so. The system has read the book many times and in it, he saw countless cases of warm boiled frogs. Finally managing to expose the target person it immediately cheered up, and worriedly added that the host must pay attention to safety.
Knowing that it is being kind, Lu Zhiguang touched the amulet hung around his neck, shut the volume off completely, and went to the bathroom: “Don’t worry, first do a search and see if there are any additional documents for me.”
After a short period of time, he already had a general understanding of the target person. The other person asked him to undress. It is very likely that he really only wanted to send him a new set of clothes.
With the help of the system, Lu Zhiguang checked the data from the main system and pulled out the additional documents that were almost ignored. He found out that he was a poor person.
His name in this world is Lu Zhiguang and he is twenty years old. His parents and family were killed in the invasion five years ago and he lived on a meager rescue fund. Living in an attic room in the suburban slums he is a student who is planning to take the standardized test.
Galileo is located in the Pulitzer Galaxy. In this galaxy, after your 18th birthday, you can participate in the three-year standardized test encompassing the whole galaxy. If you pass the test, you can enter the school of your choice. You can also get a residence permit from the school’s planet for the duration of your schooling.

For many students living on the edge of the galaxy, this is the best chance to change your destiny.
Gu Yuan is always wary of the people around him. Even the secretary can only meet him occasionally. He must have read all his information.
No wonder he would be so eager for him to do his homework.
Taking off the plain and neat clothes on his body, the hot water came sprinkling down, and Lu Zhiguang held his breath letting the warm water flow down his body.
The standardized test is held once every three years, and if he misses it, it will take another three years to retest. For those on Galileo, which is already half gone and may be completely invaded at any time, it may not be possible to wait for the next three-year test.
Gu Yuan wanted to save him and wanted to save the entire planet of Galileo. In the end, he succeeded, but he collapsed all alone in the desolate rings surrounding a dead planet.

That does not work.
*

Out of the bathroom, new clothes have been placed at the door.
It is still a simple shirt and trousers, but the fabric is of much better quality than he originally wore. The cut fits just right, and the style’s details are quite refined.
Lu Zhiguang got dressed and stepped softly on the carpet to bypass the sofa. Gu Yuan was reclining against the sofa, but his brow was wrinkled into a 川 shape and the brain-computer interface on his wrist was continuously running.
The room was quiet and the electronic shield had been reopened. Lu Zhiguang lightly moved back to the table, looking at the determined brow of the man half sunk into the shadows he hesitated for a moment, gently pushed the bag away, took out the work and laid it on the table.
Gu Yuan was assassinated before the time for the standardized test and he must protect the target person. In any case, this test is destined to be missed.
These questions are too simple for him and boring to do, but if him writing his homework can make the other person feel even a little comfort, even if you have to write a few more books, it does not matter.
The pen between his fingers slowly turned two laps, Lu Zhiguang sat up straight, intentionally moving slowly and continued to do the homework.
Time passed by, the night outside the window was already deep, and he never heard any new movements from the sofa behind him.
The candlelight is warm and cozy, their scent a soothing fragrance that is both light and fragrant. The new clothes are comfortable and soft, and the fabric is uniquely fresh. Just warmed up by the hot water, the body that was tense began to relax quietly. The pen tip drew two circles, and the text in front of his eyes blurred in the dim light.
Lu Zhiguang blinked his eyes, stubbornly holding onto the pen and pillowed his head on one arm.

……
He didn’t know how long it took, but Gu Yuan finally got through the most essential business on hand. Rubbing at the temples that were sore and painful he opened his eyes with a long breath.
The youth he hadn’t thought of till the last moment was at the table, wearing the clothes he had specially had sent by the secretary. It seemed that he had already slept well, and the light outlined the thin figure with a quiet glow.
The situation is getting more and more tense, and it takes a lot more effort than before to get through things. He told the boy that he would only accompany himself for a little while longer, but he actually ended up taking so long.
Gu Yuan laughed involuntarily, shook his head and propping himself up walked lightly to the table, his eyes falling on the boy.
The youth’s face is delicate and gentle and has not experienced too many storms. Probably sleeping well, his brows are soft and gentle, the candlelight dancing on the long eyelashes, and even the soft fluff on the ears can be seen clearly. It is easy to make a brother-like sense of responsibility.
Seeing that he slept well, Gu Yuan did not wake him up, just leaned over and packed his bag for him. Putting the whole person in his arms he covered him with his coat and carried him out of the private room. After seeing that scene on the stairs, he realized that the teenager had been placed in the category of being on his side. Since there is no way to remove him now, the only choice is to pull him in completely and mark him with his brand, so that some people shouldn’t think about moving him.
Two months away from the standardized test, as long as he protects people during this time, and as long as Lu Zhiguang is successful, he can leave Galileo, go to a favorite school, find a peaceful planet, and enjoy a calm and tranquil life.
Studying at a school takes at least four or five years. Giving him four or five years is probably enough to return the planet to its previous peaceful and prosperous situation.
If at that time, he is still alive…
He has never liked to imagine a hypothetical future, and his thoughts are just fleeting. Just holding the warmth in his arms and walking through the corridors, his heart will still occasionally move.
The mother planet is chaotic, Gu Yuan can’t allow himself to be distracted by anything, but occasionally a quick thought will flash through his mind, and he will recall the once rich, happy and enthusiastic planet in memory.
If they were still on the planet of that time, he might indeed consider taking this person seriously and seeing whether they could develop an intimate relationship that would go beyond cooperation.
Being stunned by his own thoughts, Gu Yuan took his mind back and brought the person into the dedicated VIP elevator. He raised his hand and straightened the clothes covering the boy. The action suddenly reversed.
He didn’t know from when, but the boy in his arms was awake. He quietly met his gaze, his body moved gently, hugging him under the cover of his clothes, and his warm chest covered his chest and shoulders.
The unfamiliar heartbeat gently tapped against his chest, and Gu Yuan couldn’t help but hold his breath and bowed down to meet the radiant and firm look shining from his black eyes.
He still couldn’t think of what such a gaze represented, but at that moment, he suddenly produced an illusion —
“Ding” the elevator reached the open-air parking lot and issued a crisp tone.
Quickly recovering his distracted thoughts, Gu Yuan raised his hand to hold the “open door” button in the elevator, and whispered: “Don’t move yet.”

There may be eyes outside keeping surveillance, and him bringing people out will send them a clear enough signal. At least for now, no matter which side they’re on, there is really no courage to completely anger him.
Lu Zhiguang didn’t struggle, he just closed his eyes and leaned on his shoulder.
Detecting the signal from his brain-computer interface the hover-car parked in the garage flashed its lights twice, automatically opening its door.
Gu Yuan leaned over and put the youth into the passenger seat. He also sat in it, buckled his seat belt for him, handed the bag to his arms, and smiled and rubbing the boy’s hair: “Happy cooperation.”
……
He actually still brought the bag out.
The target character is too careful, pretending to sleep was in vain he still kept the schoolbag. Holding the bag in his arms he sighed silently.
Seeing that he was somewhat spiritless, Gu Yuan only felt that he was still sleepy. He raised his hand and adjusted the passenger seat to a gentle incline. He said with a warm voice: “Go ahead and sleep for a while, I know the way.”
The figure on the seat moved and found a comfortable posture, relaxing obediently.
Gu Yuan stretched his body slightly, the corners of his eyes relaxing into a smile. He started the hover-car and drove to the slums in the suburbs.
The speed of the hover-car was very fast. It didn’t take long to reach the region that was devastated by the war and became a dead zone.
Lu Zhiguang did not fall asleep. When the system prompted that they had reached their destination, he sat up and unbuckled his seat belt. Gu Yuan had already parked the car and opened the door for him sideways: “Let’s go, I’ll send you home.”
Although looking at the sight in front of him, the man’s look is still ordinary, only the darkening color of his eyes still revealed that his heart was not calm.

Lu Zhiguang nodded and taking the bag he got out of the car. When Gu Yuan went around to his side, he took the initiative and grabbed his hand.
Vaguely aware of the silent comfort in the juvenile’s movement, Gu Yuan was slightly surprised and raised his eyebrows, but did not ask more, just took the hand and walked with him to the residential area.
In order to match his identity in this world, the place the main system found for him to live was also going to be very shabby. It’s probably a room just big enough to sleep in.
Lu Zhiguang is not afraid of this, staff is in short supply, and the number of tasks he performed are innumerable. He’s slept everywhere from the nest of a tyrannosaurus to the tiny ledge on a cliff face, and there is no living environment bad enough to be considered unbearable.
Finding the key in his bag to open the bolt lock, Lu Zhiguang opened the door. The look on his face suddenly changing he raised his hand and without hesitation closed the door.
CEO Gu, who originally wanted to follow him into the house to check it out, found himself being kept outside the door. Looking at the teenager, who suddenly refused to let him in, leaning on the door, he paused for a moment then opened his mouth: “What… can I not go in?”

Chapter 2 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me.

The whole task is actually a trap. The “fostering” is to trap yourself here and ensure that you can finish your homework.
No, not really.
The pen between his fingers slowly turned two laps. Lu Zhiguang turned and looked back at the man hoping to explain that he didn’t need to write his homework, however, he’d already returned to the sofa and closed his eyes. He quietly touched one of the workbooks and stuffed it back into his bag.
Gu Yuan’s body was very relaxed, and the loose loungewear masked his original capable and vigorous appearance. If it wasn’t for the subtle movement of the brain-computer interface [light brain] on his wrist, it would almost fool people into thinking he was asleep.
In the interstellar era using a brain-computer interface has become very common. Through the connection with the cortical neurons, the virtual screen will be directly projected onto the retina and directly manipulated by conscious thought, thus ensuring the security of private information to the maximum extent. For handling official business it is the most convenient and safe choice.
After watching the target person handling his work for a while, an alert sounded in his mind. The information from headquarters finally came over, late. Lu Zhiguang turned back around, put down the pen in his hand, and looked at this world’s main plotline that he had just received.
According to the timeline of this world, it was currently in the year 4307. The planet Galileo, where he was presently located, was invaded by the inhabitants of planet Guar five years ago. Now nearly 30% of the region had become the dependent territory of planet Guar. Although the two sides have reached a truce, for the time being, Guar’s ambitions have not been satisfied, and they still try to continue to control Galileo from the economic path.
Gu Yuan, the target character, just turned 30 this year. The Gu Shi Group under his name holds the three major mining veins of Galileo and sits on hundreds of millions of net worth. He is the entrepreneur who ranks in the forefront of planet Galileo.

As one of the commercial giants of Galileo, Gu Yuan has a lot of business transactions with planet Guar, and so Gu Shi has risen. Therefore he has become recognized as a traitor by the people of planet Galileo. There have been many assassination attempts against him, but Gu Yuan has always been very vigilant and no one has been able to succeed.
According to the current plotline, soon after, Gu Yuan and Guar will sign an order for 200 million tons of radium stone.
The radium stone mine, which Galileo specializes in, is a precious mineral deposit used in high-grade mechs that are only deployed for wars of aggression. Gu Yuan’s act of seeking a quick profit caused public outrage, but he still did not move, insisting on reaching the deal, and thus completely became the target of public criticism.
During a trip, Gu Yuan was attacked and inadvertently assassinated.

Soon after, Guar invaded once again with their newly created high-level mech. However this time they were vulnerable to Galileo’s counterattack and were easily defeated within 48 hours. This battle became the key to Galileo’s victory.
The process of winning is far too easy. Some people have doubted the transaction, but Gu Yuan is no longer alive. Gu Shi Group also collapsed after his death. People only mention it from time to time, and then continue to struggle on in the resistance under the leadership of the emerging hero.
The real protagonist is the hero leader who has not yet appeared. Gu Yuan is an indispensable part of the resistance but is only in the background. Over time, his name is completely silent in the history of the stars.
Lu Zhiguang rested his arms on the table, slamming the tip of his pen into the workbook, and thought about the starting point of this mission.
The batch of radium stone mines that Gu Yuan traded to Guar is obviously problematic. This is the key to their defeat by Galileo, so this deal still has to go through, and the secret must continue to be kept until after the campaign is launched.
All he has to do is to ensure that Gu Yuan can live, to live until the victory of the battle, to live to the day when the truth can be known.
The task is a bit more difficult, and there may be a need to replace the cannon fodder with himself if necessary.

Lu Zhiguang turned back to look at Gu Yuan again, he was still keeping his eyes closed. His sight fell on the tough lines of the man’s face, his eyes revealing a faint curiosity.
He has already understood the main storyline but still does not know how the main system has brought this “fostered” identity into the story.
His sense of existence has always been very low, and he has experienced special training in the system. In addition to his family’s elders, few people can detect his existence. Not worried about being caught by the other party’s gaze, Lu Zhiguang carefully collected the physical information of the target person, but suddenly noticed that Gu Yuan’s body moved.
When Lu Zhiguang looked up Gu Yuan had already gotten up and walked over to him.
He wasn’t sure how many tasks he had successfully completed. Only homework was an eternal obstacle. His eyes fell on his workbook that he hadn’t touched. Lu Zhiguang instinctively raised his arm and wanted to cover it.
Gu Yuan slightly raised an eyebrow, but stayed standing, putting one hand on Lu Zhiguang’s back and leaned over the table.
The man’s body is strong and aggressive, and when he bends down it’s close to the back of the youth’s neck, he could almost imperceptibly feel the light temperature through his clothes.
Lu Zhiguang’s heart was full of anxiety, and he only wanted to block the headache. He followed his move and leaned forward, his arms covering the workbook more and more tightly.
Perceiving the movement of the juvenile, a slight smile tugged at Gu Yuan’s lips, straightening up his body he took the suit jacket hanging on the back of the chair.
“After staying here for a while this evening, you can leave, the money will be given to you later. Just keep it secret for me, don’t say anything about this, can you do that?”
Recently, some people have been keeping too close of an eye on him, you could say that he has almost no pure private space, which makes it very troublesome to do some hidden things.
At the last reception, he heard the people around him chattering about the practice of the wind and the moon [love affairs]. When they spoke of that he thought it was a ready-made excuse for leaving from “work”. He no sooner thought it than did it.
Those people who stare at him are just there to monitor who he has met and what he said. If he stayed in the office and deliberately opened the electronic shield, instead of covering his actions like he wanted it’s more likely to lead to doubts. But if you check in to a room with the individual you are “fostering”, even if you add a few layers to the shield, it will still make sense to them.
Gu Yuan has never had any interest in the things on the love affair field. He does not know where you would go to find such a person. He simply throws the task to his secretary and asks him to find a student who is innocent and has few extra thoughts.
It seems that the secretary’s ability to complete the task is very good.
Looking up at the man’s dark eyes, Lu Zhiguang lifted his eyebrows and nodded lightly.
What Gu Yuan said is both simple and concealed, but it is not difficult to understand what was going on. With just a little speculation he could understand the other party’s intentions.
Figuring out that he had just come to be used as a cover makes things a lot easier. Lu Zhiguang pushed the blank problem sheet back onto the table, and planned to find something else to do, but found that the man next to him still did not leave.
Lu Zhiguang blinked his eyes.
……
Lu Zhiguang compromised and worked on a set of practice problems.
*
The lighting in the private room was not used for homework after all, so it is still a little dim. The teenager looked down and began to write, the characters coming off the tip of his pen falling neatly on the page. The nebulous lighting cast a warm glow which fell on the tips of his eyelashes, lighting them up slightly, creating a gentle and calm atmosphere.
Gu Yuan originally wanted to sit back down on the sofa, but stopped, and putting the suit jacket across one arm he placed one hand on the back of the still thin teenager.
When Lu Zhiguang looked up, Gu Yuan’s added a little force to his hand and speaking slowly said: “Sit up straight.”

The temperature of the palm of his hand was felt through the not so thick fabric, and the force is not light or heavy. It falls on the flat of his back really meticulously helping him sit up as straight as a board.
He couldn’t help but show a slight smile across his brow, Lu Zhiguang nodded obediently and sat up straight. Gu Yuan stood by and watched him work for a while, then he went back to the sofa and opened his brain-computer interface. He continued to be busy with the official duties that seemed to go on forever.
Under the supervision of the target person, on Lu Zhiguang’s first day of performing the task, he completed a full set of exercises.
When writing homework time always passes faster than one imagines. Closing the last page of the workbook, the sky outside the window shows that it’s getting late.
Dim light passes through the gap in the curtains, intertwined with the low light inside the house adding another layer of twilight to the room.
The action of Lu Zhiguang packing things up was very light, but the person on the sofa still opened his eyes sharply.
Looking straight up at the teenager, the alert in Gu Yuan’s eyes faded. When he looked at the time, he closed down the electronic shield and got up to open the door for him: “Can you go back on your own?”
Walking on the edge of life and death all year round, surrounded by various friends and foes, the vigilance of the target characters is always high, which is very helpful for completing the task.
Lu Zhiguang nodded, took the bag and went to the door, looked up peering at the man who still held the door for him, thinking about how to make further contact without raising his suspicions.
Being looked at, he remembered that the money had not yet been paid. The secretary wasn’t around, Gu Yuan felt his pockets and couldn’t find any cash, so he simply pulled out his Star Card and handed it to him: “Hold on to it, I will need to find you later, so I’ll give you this first.”
……
I’ll have to write homework again.
Looking at the Star Card, which was obviously worth a lot of money, Lu Zhiguang was hesitant and seriously considered the possibility of contacting the task object in a different way.
Seeing the hesitation in his eyes, Gu Yuan, a smile crossing his face, put the card into his hand, patted the teenager on the shoulder and with a mild voice told him: “Head back, go to bed early.”
The task is important, the next time you can find a way to not to bring the bag with you.
Lu Zhiguang blinked his eyes, carefully collected the Star Card and glanced up at him: “Thank you.”
Although the youth had few words, his voice was unexpectedly clear and beautiful. Gu Yuan smiled and nodded, watching until his figure passed through the corridor, turning into the stairwell, and then closed the door again.
The sky is already dark, and the place where he is assigned is still quite a distance from here.
At the prompting of the system, Lu Zhiguang slightly accelerated his pace. Turning onto a stair landing several figures suddenly stopped in front of him.
Lifting the bag to his shoulder, Lu Zhiguang avoided to the side and wanted to continue downstairs, but his path was blocked. Pushed back a step, the vulgar laughter poured into his ears.

Lu Zhiguang re-balanced himself raised his eyes and looked at the useless group of people filled with ulterior motives.
The guests on the upper floors are all wealthy and noble and the hotel’s security is also well done. Gu Yuan opened the electronic shield and those people have no way to monitor what he did. They can’t rush up and check for themselves so they stopped him to confirm whether Gu Yuan is really fostering people, or just pulling the wool over their eyes. Without seeing any pictures of it this is the quickest and safest way to find out.
Lu Zhiguang’s brow sunk, he tapped on the system: “Is there any way for them to believe that I am being taken care of?”
There are ways to do it, but it is inevitable that the host will be bullied. It couldn’t bear to let the host who just had to write homework be aggrieved again. The system hesitated for a long while, and finally picked out one and carefully responded: “The host can walk a little…”
Although he didn’t understand the relationship between the two, the answer given by the system is undoubtedly based on facts, but I don’t know if it is useless to suddenly change his pace.
Lu Zhiguang drops his head and is about to take action but has been stopped by one of them who laughs and grabbed his waist with one hand.
“Just one person alone in this place, won’t you be afraid? Let us accompany you -”
The tone of the other party is frivolous and obviously not well-intentioned. His gaze falling on the hand of the man that had come to block his path, a sharp look flashed across Lu Zhiguang’s eyes. Just as he was about to act the hand on his waist suddenly shook, and the person who laughed at him took in a quick breath and rushed to take back his hand.
Lu Zhiguang turned back and there was Gu Yuan standing on the stairwell, his eyes were deep and fierce, and a pure black superparticle gun was displayed in his hand, and he quickly walked downstairs.
The Galileo planet was already in a state of semi-loss of sovereignty. It does not prohibit privately carried weapons. In a slightly different circle, there are even those who collect rare weapons. Although the superparticle gun in Gu Yuan’s hand is rare, it is not too eye-catching.
But Gu Yuan’s momentum at the moment was too oppressive, and the gun was so arbitrarily held in his hands that the group of people instinctively gave birth to fear. One of them was so stunned by his imposing manner that he instinctively reached for his waist.
He was acutely aware of the man’s movements but Lu Zhiguang was too far away from him, and there were several people separating the two. Since it was too late to grab the other party, he immediately fell over on Gu Yuan pulling down on his arm, and pressing him straight against the wall.
Gu Yuan was not ready, but he raised his hand to catch him slamming into the icy cold wall behind him. The juvenile’s tough and warm body suddenly plunged full length into his arms, his thin shoulders and neck stuck to his chest, his arm tightly wrapped around his waist, and most of his body was left unreserved between his arms.

Not only Gu Yuan, but even the small group were slightly stunned by the sudden changes in front of their eyes. Originally, Gu Yuan had the idea of just finding someone to be a decoy, but he was vaguely starting to waiver on that.
In the dimly lit stairwell, the atmosphere quickly quieted down.

Title: This cannon fodder is covered by me! [fast wear]
Author: 三千大夢敘平生

this-cannon-fodder-is-covered-by-me-cover

As one of my all-time favorite novels, I could think of no better way to start off. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Lu Zhiguang is not a cannon fodder himself, but his mission is to save the miserable cannon fodder.

A businessman who lost in a business game. A teenager who kept silent under school violence. The actor whose road to fame was ruined by cyber violence. An unknown man who was misunderstood until the day he died.

There can only be one protagonist in every world, so fate hides in the corner sending its cold tentacles toward the innocent.
Some people stay silent, some choose to compromise, some are unwilling, and some are fulfilled.
There should always be individuals to hug them.
So the Lu Zhiguang went to hug.
Then people will not let go.

[Lu Zhiguang: That… Have you hugged enough? QAQ]

Reading tips:
1v1, attack(gong) is the same person

A brief review of the work:
This article tells that because the fate of the cannon fodder in each story is too miserable, the system staff fear they are on the brink of extinction.
In order to save the cannon fodder and enhance the rights and interests of the cannon fodder, Lu Zhiguang traveled in every world stopping the fate of the cannon fodder in time before the arrival of the plot line.
I dragged the cannon fodder away from the bitter sea and took him home, but I didn’t expect to get him home and he refused to leave.

All the way accompanying each other, protecting each other and facing all the crises together in order for the story to be able to carry on.
The style of this novel is delicate and gentle, and the image of the attack and acceptance (gong and shou) is clean and warm. There is almost no dog blood and misunderstandings between the two people.
Under the care of the little angel, the attack will never be abandoned because of his status as a cannon fodder. Every story brings hope and warmth.

Chapter 1 – This tyrannical CEO is covered by me

The weather is clear, the sun is slipping through the leaves and the light from it is dazzling.

In the bustling area of the city center, pedestrians hurry by.

In an inconspicuous corner, a shining light is quietly interwoven converging into a human form and quickly filled out to become real and complete, finally becoming the same as ordinary people.

The teenager who appeared out of thin air stood at the corner of the street, carrying a bag on his back and wearing a pair of glasses. Merging into the crowd without a trace, he turned into the door of a five-star hotel.

According to the information provided by the system, his mission goal is waiting for him here.

The floor of the YinXing hotel is clean and spotless. A holographic star map projection is suspended in the center of the lobby. The ornaments on all sides are exquisite and elegant, and the flowers and trees are also rare treasures.

“Host, this is the most luxurious hotel on planet Galileo, our first mission is really good!” Looking at the layout of the lobby in detail, Lu Zhiguang walked a few steps forward, and the cheerful mechanical sound suddenly sounded in his mind.

The system was just brought in, its first time to come out to perform a task everything it sees is new for it. Lu Zhiguang smiled and slightly adjusted the amulet hung on a red cord around his neck, allowing it to have a wider field of vision: “Not necessarily, do we have the introduction to this character yet?”

Strictly speaking, he is not really a host, nor a plot person, but a staff member who specializes in fixing bugs in the system.

Just fifteen minutes ago, Lu Zhiguang was still at home reviewing and preparing for the Civil Servants system reform test. He was rescued from the towering mountain of test prep by an emergency recall. He then came to this world to deal with some complicated emergencies.
The main system promised that as long as the task is successfully completed, the test can be passed without examination. Under the encouragement of being able to get rid of the sea of questions, Lu Zhiguang did not hesitate to take over this urgent overtime task.

Due to the recent severe crackdown in the system world, according to the newly released Law on the Protection of Cannon Fodder Rights, when the cannon fodder is found to be too tragic, it will be handled in a high-trial world. But each world’s plotline has been fixed, and without additional intervention, those characters classified as cannon fodder can only go to their destined end.

The number of staff is limited, and Lu Zhiguang has a dangerous task. While maintaining the original plot, he must find ways to integrate into the plot line and force the innocent cannon fodders that are scheduled to be sacrificed to change their original destiny.

The existing characters and plots are too limited. In order to allow him to give full play to his own strengths, the main system will generate a character that did not originally exist in the world every time, and then he will naturally enter into the plot. All the characteristics, personality, and trends of the new characters are completely decided by him.

It’s difficult to connect to the high-level world data, and the identity and plot are still loading. Based on past experience, such a favorable start is likely to hide an unexpected turn, and it is not the time to relax vigilance.

Upon hearing his inquiry, the system immediately turned on the query mode.
The buffering image only cycled through twice and a figure in a blazer and trousers has already come on the road, standing in front of Lu Zhiguang, and looking him up and down asked: “Lu Zhiguang?”

When he heard the name he used at work, Lu Zhiguang showed a friendly smile and reached out to him: “Hello, I’m–”

“How come you’re so late? Mr. Gu has been waiting for you for a long time, come with me quickly.” The man interrupted his words, grabbed his arm and dragged him to the VIP passage, his hurried voice pressed to a low volume.

“I am Mr. Gu’s secretary, surnamed Geng. Did the people you signed the agreement with explain the nurturing contract with you? As long as you obey Mr. Gu, in addition to the money given to them, there will be no less for you….…”

Lu Zhiguang was slightly taken aback by his words and so his action was a little hesitant. According to the instructions of his superior, he only needs to follow the beginning of the story, and find ways to save the fate of the target cannon fodder under the premise of guaranteeing the main plot line. Once you encounter force majeure, you can also try taking the bullet for the other party. As long as the target person is protected, the task is completed.

However, the superior did not indicate that he was responsible for selling his body while he was selling his life.

When he noticed his slowed movement, the secretary glanced at him in a semi-threatening manner, and his pulling force suddenly increased, dragging him into a room covered in carpets and dotted with candles.

With a bang, the door was directly closed and locked, and the footsteps hurried away.
The temperature in the house is a bit high, the carpet is thick and soft, the lighting is soft and tender, the fascinating decorations are everywhere, and the candles and aromas are glowing with a halo.

Lu Zhiguang: “…”

system:”……”

The system, trembling, sounded off the alarm for a security threat.

The whistle that suddenly sounded was dizzying. Lu Zhiguang paused and touched the amulet hung around his neck, turned it a half circle to minimize the volume: “Don’t worry, look around first.”

When the host is not in a hurry, the system is worried. It quickly loaded the red alert package and began looking over the tutorial for special case emergency situations. The front page of the tutorial filled the screen.

So far they’ve only heard of a nurturing contract, the other party hasn’t even confirmed it yet, so it’s not necessarily dangerous.

Since he was sent to the world, it shows that the world has a tragic cannon fodder, and only he can help him change his destiny. This is a very important task.

Lu Zhiguang did not intend to give up, but still, seeing how the first encounter had such explosive settings, he decided to first plan out an escape route in case of emergency.

Putting down the bag on his shoulder, Lu Zhiguang walked across the soft carpet and over to the window. Supporting himself with one hand he slid open the narrow outer window and leaned halfway out to get a better look.

The hotel room is on the 11th floor and the height is somewhat high. If you use the drainage pipe extended along the exterior wall, he can probably attempt it without using a plug-in.

Lu Zhiguang pulled the exquisitely carved window bar to one side and drilled his head out through the guardrail to see a few hidden places he could borrow in case of escape.

The amulet around his neck was pulled out and swayed out on the red cord. Although it was adjusted to the lowest volume, he heard the system panic crying in his mind. Realizing his negligence, Lu Zhiguang released his hand and stuffed the amulet into his shirt collar. He was about to open his mouth and suddenly a sound was heard from the door. As Lu Zhiguang watched, the anti-theft door was opened from the outside.

“Be careful!”

The person who opened the door was a man in a three-piece suit. When he saw the situation in front of him, the man’s pupils instantly contracted. Immediately slamming into the door and running over he grabbed the shoulder and arm of the teenager who was almost hanging on the window and dragged him into his arms.

The hold on his arm and shoulders was very solid. Lu Zhiguang completely let go of the window and with a half flip, he returned back to the ground using the man’s firm hold to balance himself.

Even wearing a three-piece suit known as the stereotypical uniform of the dull, the man still looked young definitely no more than thirty years old. The sturdy strength is crouching under the seemingly ordinary business suit, a handsome look with deep-set eyes. The look in his eyes is clear and sharp.

An alert sounded in his mind, the person in front of him was his task object. The commercial giant of the planet Galileo, Gu’s family, Gu Yuan.

Lu Zhiguang, who was fixed in placed, looked up at the man with a cold face in front of him thinking about a reasonable explanation for jumping out the window.
Not waiting for an explanation, Gu Yuan raised his hand to the top of Lu Zhiguang’s head, leaned over and pressed down, his tone of voice was unexpectedly slow: “What did they say to you, did they scare you?”

The target person is better looking than 85 percent of other task objects. Lu Zhiguang looked up at the other person’s gaze and blinked his eyes. “No, nothing, it’s just too stuffy in the house, I wanted some fresh air.”

So not only jumped on the window sill but also almost directly drilled out of the guardrail.

Riight.

“I won’t do anything to you, don’t be afraid.” Gu Yuan said, with slightly raised eyebrows. Closing the window he pulled the teenager to sit on the sofa, handing him an electronic screen.

“If you want to eat anything you can just choose whatever you want. Just ask them to come in within half an hour. After that, I will open the electronic shield, and I won’t let people come in afterward.”

As he was speaking, he had one-handedly untied his tie and unbuttoned his suit jacket. Putting the tie and jacket on the back of a chair he walked toward the bathroom, already getting ready to take a shower.

The time left for them was only half an hour. The system was desperately shaking the alarm bell, but the eyes of the Lu Zhiguang fell on the light screen in his hand. Scanning the electronic menu from top to bottom, he ordered a few delicious dishes that seemed attractive.

The service of the five-star hotel was very thoughtful. After only ten minutes, there was a special dining car to bring the food and snacks up.

Galileo is famous for its wealth and richness. It not only has unique minerals but also has abundant natural food resources. There are many ingredients and seasonings that couldn’t be seen on the earth. The dishes that were sent were well cooked and savory, and the dim sum was made exquisite and lovely.

Before Lu Zhiguang was dispatched he hadn’t had a chance to eat. It was just time to be hungry. The food was placed on the table in turn, and the ingredients and cooking materials were meticulously recorded into the system. After that, the chopsticks were taken up, and the meal was slowly enjoyed.

The first time in its memory that it was turned on, it became a system with more than a dozen recipes:…QAQ

The meat drenched in the broth is fresh and delicious, the simple stir-fried vegetables are fragrant, the fish cake is fried to a golden crisp, and the star rice is crystal clear.

Lu Zhiguang was full and satisfied. He drank a two-vegetable juice from the special liqueur and took a napkin to wipe the lips.

Precisely half an hour passed.

The sounds in the bathroom stopped, the door was pushed open, and the first rush of steam dispersed.

Gu Yuan followed the sound. He had changed into loungewear, a towel resting on the back of his neck. He raised his hand to open the electronic shield and walked slowly toward Lu Zhiguang.

The neckline of the man’s shirt was slightly open, revealing strong muscle lines. A few drops of water fall down from the hair, and running along the healthy wheat-colored skin is drilled into the collar, leaving a deep trace.

The system trembled ringing a small bell, reminding the host to protect itself. Lu Zhiguang thought about it, but although respecting the system’s opinions he felt in his pocket and took out a piece of toffee and handed it over.

Gu Yuan stopped and squinted at him.
The teenager sitting at the table looked clean, as pure and clear as obsidian. The facial features are soft and delicate, and the figure is not yet tall. Looking at him, it is only a young student.

The hand that stretched out toward him was flattened, and on the palm was lying a piece of candy, and it seemed to be for himself.

He hasn’t touched these things that only little children eat for a long time. He wanted to refuse it, but meeting the look in those shining black eyes he lifted his hand up and thought, why not have a little snack and took the candy.

The teenager in front of him seems to be not afraid of him at all. Seeing that he took the candy, his eyebrows raised happily, and his lips parted into a nice smile.

Gu Yuan slightly raised his eyebrows, holding the back of the chair and leaning forward, his voice was slightly lower: “Are you afraid of me?”

Lu Zhiguang took back his hand and shook his head gently. In the prediction and perception of danger, he has an intuition far beyond that of ordinary people, but in Gu Yuan’s body, he did not feel the need to raise his vigilance.

Now you’re so courageous, I don’t know who it was that was just about to jump out of the window earlier. A faint smile crossed Gu Yuan’s face and he stood up. He still stood there looking down at him and asked: “Did you bring a bag?”

Lu Zhiguang nodded and leaning over picked his bag up. Gu Yuan seems to be very satisfied with his obedience, slightly nodded his head, and continued to command: “Open it.”

Hearing his voice, the system is even more nervous: “The host, the bag must have [-], you can never bring it out!”
Lu Zhiguang didn’t understand, so he grabbed the bag and responded to it in his mind: “What is in it?”

……

Is it still homework?

Of course, it is a gadget for doing that kind of thing!

It tried so hard, but the main brain was so powerful that even this concealed non-harmonious statement was recognized and shielded by it.

The system was almost incoherent and was trying to warn his simple host, but Lu Zhiguang already put his hand into the bag.

Then he pulled a set of practice exercises out.

System:”……”

Lu Zhiguang: “…”

Gu Yuan nodded with satisfaction, took over several of the exercise books and flipped them open, spreading them on the table, and turned the light up: “Okay, do your homework.”
